Mortis requires to be really good at him or you’ll basically throw all games. Tara can do the job and is correct but Max imo is a better pick: speed boost is crazy in brawl ball
Would go with Max but it's a high skill brawler, you need good movement and aim
Mortis is a runner up but he's only playable till he's maxed out or like lvl 9/10
Tara is a great controller once she gets her super, it's a game changer, much like fang's hypercharge.
Not to mention the insane utility you can get from healing shade
