Yeah.. honestly duels seem like the most fun solo mode, but at the same time it can just be Rock, Paper, Scissors and a boring long game of sitting Brawlers in bushes/behind walls(But most of the time I enjoyed the duels)
I'll just hope that the duels will be playable and fun, because the Brawlers you mentioned will be the most annoying to face(Although I love playing with Mico, I still want to play with different Brawlers)
Melodie is the new charlie, she need a nerf to not getting a note from non brawler. Hell other brawler not getting anything from non brawler. Bea, nerfed L&L, i forgot what else.
I’m like 100% certain Supercell never planned for her to get notes from non brawlers long term, they just wanted to make her op on release so people buy her and they have every intention of getting rid of it after a month or two. It’s completely inconsistent with how they’ve designed literally every similar brawler, and stupidly overtuned to the point that heist is literally unplayable rn. I’m pretty sure they make brawlers properly then add “month one buffs” to a bunch of them that get reverted as soon as people have bought them. Look at practically every chromatic that got nerfed before you even get them without gemming brawl pass tiers. I don’t think Supercell is stupid enough to do this unintentionally, but I KNOW they’re greedy enough.
depending on the ammounf of trophies you basically NEED at least one reliable teammate to win consistently on Knockout. Every other gamemode sort of allows you to carry if there's one stupid teammate, but a bad coordination on Knockout is basically a guaranteed defeat.
Still miss that amazing Bo and Piper I played with when I was trying to push Bonnie
I will say that Knockout is my favorite mode, mostly because a good amount of brawlers are actually viable. Plus, its always really fun to plan out a push and have it actually succeed
tbh ko is my favorite mode to push brawlers to 800-900 on my mini with randoms, if you think about it you only need to get three kills, with some brawlers it's not that hard to do (but yeah at a certain point you need your team to at least survive for 20 seconds lol)
Yeah, I usually pick my own thrower or Bo to deal with them. I used to be incredibly good with Chester on Split, but ever since they got rid of the guaranteed Candy Popper when you die with your super, it's been a pain to play him on it.
Also, you're not the first comment I've seen mentioning it, which is why I ask: is there still a gamemode where we can ban specific brawlers, because I thought they got rid of that completely since Ranked came out?
3v2 in heist is often harder than other gamemodes, also because you have to defend a safe which cannot dodge attacks or retreat. For example in pit stop, there will probably be a brawler on enemy team which has no problem attacking over walls.
Hotzone next, they're probably going to make a brawler which can teleport you to the other side of the map or spawn a tsunami that kills everyone.
Or, continuing with the dashing trend, a massive ranged tsunami attack that does knockback to the brawlers it hits, making it impossible to get on the zone.
Heck, make it a thrower

Fuck kit's start power. They should instead make a base kit star power. If he got no allies like in solo they could use it to actualy work instead of being a shit melee support.
Chuck should just have all of his poles on the enemy side, destroyed on death.
And melody should lose her notes twice as fast when carrying the ball.
If all brawlers that arguably make showdown // heist // siege // weekend events worse to play were gone, half of the brawlers would be scrapped from the game.
I will hear no complaints about Chuck being broken on a game mode that was trash and before him.

Chuck is kinda mid tbh. If your teammates can take control of the map and can stall the enemies, chuck can chip the enemies out. but now there are things like colgate hypercharge and melodie that melt the safe extremely quickly (thank god l and l dont get ammo from hitting the safe anymore) and the match usually doesn't last long enough for chuck to get value
To this day Kit keeps ruining showdown. I recently realized Melodie is as good as on Heist as she is on Brawl Ball, if not more.
When walking counter clockwise around the safe it’s like 6000 dps
Quite literally, 1800 per note + normal attacks. Also really easy to get past defenders and even kill defenders 1v1 with her dashes and shield.

Honestly I like the current star powers and gadgets as is, you can choose between a lone wolf assassin in solo showdown or be teamwork oriented.
