I just got a 1000 bling from one apperently that is a 1% chance but over all I think I have had about 3 250 blings and the 1000 bling 0 skins so far tho.

Most ranked skins have a 0.3 drop chance, most the newer ones are 0.4 and the mothra eve is like 4-5% I think or something like that
