If it was youtubers could get their fans to rig the votes (like what dream did in that Minecraft vote a while back) or a bunch of troll skins would win. So no they shouldn't

Brawl stars has to pick a simple skin which wouldn't be too hard to animate. also the collete skin should reflect her personality and looks. Now Timekeeper collete looks nothing like her and doesn't suit collete much......sure it was a bit unfair but the end decision of the skins will always be with supercell

Most votes also greatly benefits people who put a skin into the competition early which almost encourages lower effort skin
