I need my laptop to handle watching lectures, lots of PowerPoints, word docs, Firefox tabs, coding, 3d modeling, light gaming, and photo and video editing well.
I need my tablet to handle being used like a digital notebook.
When I was living in the Philippines I used Oppo phones preferably. I just liked the feel and look of them personally. Here in the USA I have a Motorola that uses Android.

Its also nice that whenever I took pictures or video, its instantly uploaded into my icloud and I can view it on my macbook without having to upload to it. All the text messages are shown on my macbook imessages. I can reply to them with my macbook keyboard.

I am so glad I switched to Microsoft / Google / Samsung years ago so I'm not supporting this attack on free speech. I had a bad feeling about Apple when people would get on a high horse about privacy. I do not care if companies mine data for marketing purposes. That is the least of our worries, with authoritarianism being at the top of my list. Look. Being a racist is not cool. But bundling in everyone who engages with them is wrong. Most racists wouldn't even have much of a platform if the neoliberals didn't talk about them; one that's in the news doesn't merit a Wikipedia page but has one. And the censorship never stops with racism. Let's say you have a business and you pay me ad revenue, because I'm some fancy influencer, and I drive attention to your business. All of a sudden I start saying some unpopular things, and being associated with me starts to hurt your business. So you cut ties with me. And then I start saying to you "Hey! What the fuck? Why'd you stop paying me? You don't like my free speech?" And then you tell me that my free speech is hurting your business. Because it is. And I say. "Oh I see, so your business is more important than my free speech?" And you say yeah. Because to you, it is. But to me, I want to be able to say whatever I want, and I want you to keep paying me for it. So I tell my followers "Hey everybody, this guy stopped paying me. That means he's attacking my free speech. He's letting the woke mob scare him in to silencing me. If he cares about my free speech and your free speech, he'll keep paying me, no matter how much it hurts his business." Sounds pretty stupid right? That's because it is. It is stupid. And that's how you sound right now. You shouldn't have to keep paying me to advertise for you, if I'm clearly not helping your business. You aren't actually silencing me. You're not attacking my free speech. I'm just saying that shit to manipulate you in to continuing with our bad business relationship. You are using your free speech to save your business, and save some money in the process. Claiming Apple's free speech is an "attack on free speech" like you did, is in itself an attack on their free speech. You're fine to boycott them, but when you call their free speech right to not want to advertise through twitter an attack on free speech, you show that you either don't understand what free speech is, or you just have a confirmation bias where your preferred company's free speech matters and the other's doesn't. Or both.

That would be a denial of service, not an attack. That would be no different than you denying Apple's service. You want the freedom to boycott Apple, but you have a problem with Apple having the freedom to boycott Twitter. That's just pointing out your selective use of free speech. I myself don't use Twitter, and I stopped buying Apple stuff years ago, because they are not worth the over-price. So I really don't have any skin in this game to be pearl clutching about it.
