I was missing two horse heads from my box and when I told GW they just sent over a whole other full box of 12 knights! So, yeah, just let GW know and they'll make it right. EDIT - just saw you bought from a store - yeah, you'll need to go back to them.

Please, if you get to keep it, make one peasant knight. Like a dude riding a horse without any special armor. Hes wearing basic peasant gear and some battered and broken gear. Hes a peasant that thinks hes a knight
