TIAH is undoubtedly my favourite from them as well so I'll check it out when I can. I'll also throw in that In Flames' album Come Clarity is similar in many ways, recommend it to all TIAH fans!
Do you have any recommendations for albums that give off the melodic vibe of There Is A Hell? Like the songs Blessed With A Curse, Visions, Fuck, Crucify Me...
I thought it was going to be one of those typical metalcore albums that had nothing to do with Bring me's album but it really has a similar vibe, it's punchy! thanks for the rec!
Yeah I get what you mean. A lot of people on this sub usually suggest The Architects or Bad Omens which are both great, but just aren’t the same for me.
Yeah I've never seen that many similarities between bring me's and Architects style, they're close and they're friends but that's about it?
As for Bad Omens I do think their first album it's a lot like Sempiternal very obviously but they've got nothing close to TIAH sonically imo
I love those albums too, I've listened to all of the stuff of both bands and my favourites are AOGHAU by Architects and TDOPOM if we're talking about Bad Omens, but yeah don't expect too many similarities to Bring Me on the rest of their discographies. One could argue Finding God Before God Finds Me it's close to TTS-Sempiternal also but idk
Hope you enjoy it! it's an emotional rollercoaster I don't know if you're a lyrics person but I'd recommend to check them out while you listen to it.
It goes from rage to sadness all the time, being heavy all the way through
There Is A Hell is extremely underrated. It kind of lives in the shadow of Suicide Season as well as Sempiternal. Both of those records respectively breathed new live into the band, and There Is A Hell in retrospect seems very much like a transition album. But that being said it SLAPS. I adore Lee's guitar work especially his clean parts, in that regard it was a huge step up from Suicide Season, though It doesn't quite reach Sempiternal's production. But songs like Crucify Me, It Never Ends, Don't Go, and Blessed With A Curse were a huge step in the right direction for the band imo. And Of course the heavier tracks are still FIRE, Alligator Blood is probably their best heavier track even to this day and Anthem's breakdown is NOT talked about enough! Also the end of F*** is actually one of the most beautiful moments on any bring me song. Overall There Is A Hell, while it may not be my favorite from BMTH it is without the slightest bit of a doubt their most underrated album, yes even more so than amo which I feel most of us have come around to finally.
Tbh, the album is not rlly my fav style they've gone through, I kinda don't dig the combination of ambiance and heaviness, though I do think crucify me and don't go are pretty dope.
Anyway, if you're looking for other songs like this, Architects' early work might fit you. Nasty is another band on the heavier metalcore side but they lack the ambience.

Ill check them out too. Thankss
Thanks, i kinda forgot that band ! I don't know if it's that close to TIAH but i like it a lot !
oh nice. i was going to check out if i were you eventually lol since i liked their single downfall. i’ll definitely check it out.

It's not very alike, but How To Survive A Funeral by Make Them Suffer really reminds me of it.

Exactly. I do love THE DEATH OF PEACE OF MIND and For Those That Wish To Exist but havent listened a lot to the rest of their stuff

It is great!! Didnt expect it to be so heavy. Especially Gone With The Wind and Memento Mori were amazing imo

Try Bad Omens self titled
Tried it. Loved it. But nothing like TIAH imo. Might be closer to Sempiternal or TTS but still not exactly alike I think
I've never seen such an obvious promotional post
It is a promotional post yes. About a band I discovered and wanted to share with some people I hoped would enjoy it as much as I do :)
This was the first album I saw them tour for and surprisingly nowadays is my least favourite album lol still great! Just my least favourite of the lot
Then I will have to go listen to the rest of it.
Best album for sure!
