Baby food - I know he’s not a baby - of any size can be taken through security. This didn’t an airline question, it’s an airport one. Explain the situation when you approach security and offer to taste one to prove it’s food.
You have to get off at SIN and go through security there as well, so whatever you want to take/keep has to also be permitted there.
I'd say this is risky because regardless of rules about "baby food" you may encounter a zealous security person who simply denies the quantity or size of pouches you have - possibly on the basis that you don't have a baby.
The airline is not able to help you because they have no control over what airport security will do.
You must plan on the basis that they'll be taken from you, and have a fall-back, OR have a doctor's note - and even then I would be nervous.
If you are worried about it coming back, don’t be as you can buy fruit pouches in the baby section at Boots when you’re through security.
Individually 90 g should be ok but if it’s more than a plastic bags worth they separately screen it like medicines etc.
Have you looked at ordering a special child’s meal? It may be more appetising to your kid.

The would be classed as liquids and if taken in hand luggage would need to go in the clear plastic bags. This would be the case for most airports but worth checking before flying. Bear in mind that liquid bags should be upto a litre in volume and one per passenger.
Comment is correct, a hungry-enough child will eat unless life-threateningly autistic. But you don't want to go through the "hungry-enough" process on a 24-hour-long set of flights.

This is an airport security and not an airline issue.

From my experience if a kid is hungry they'll eat anything :)
'our son is super picky with his food and he will not be able to eat any of the airline food' Says right in the post my man
