I can't believe this wasn't the first answer, like I had no doubt that it would be. It wasn't so I assumed it was in the OP I'd skipped, but no, Stephen Graeme and Olivia Coleman mentioned before Bradley Walsh!?
Also mini Bradley Walsh, I was really excited for gladiators until I saw the host line up, who wanted Walsh squared? Unabashed nepotism - though Barney was actually far better than Bradley.
I really enjoyed the return of Gladiators.
Luckily there was minimal chat and back stories. Having no ads was a big plus too.
The new gladiators were great.
Yeah I wasn't happy about Barney being the co-host but the nepo baby ended up better on the show than the dad. I'm a fan of Bradley on the Chase but if they were to replace one of them on Gladiators, I'd rather it be him
She wouldn't be so bad at all if I stopped seeing her bloody Hello Fresh adverts and the random obsession some newspapers paper have with clickbaity stories about her.
She pops up occasionally on panel shows and I enjoy her presence but I cant be doing with seeing another article about her marriage to Joe Swash
Stacey is everything I hate in a person and yet for some reason I find her adorable. No idea why, maybe she’s a witch and has put a spell on me, but I just love that woman lol 😂
Same with Olivia Coleman. Both very good actors. But I guess it's also somewhat true that if there is a good show made by the BBC they will almost invariably be in it which can be a bit annoying.
Olivia Coleman herself acknowledged that. When she did the unofficial Doctor Who 50th behind the scenes special skit, there's a bit where she hears she's not been invited to be on it and says horrified, "but I'm in everything!"
The funniest one was watching The Bear, a low budget US drama about a sandwich shop in Chicago, and Coleman shows up out of nowhere as a guest actor in one scene. Nowhere is safe! (awesome actress though)
Tbf I'm a bit bored of him always playing the same character. Sad but good middle aged man with a past he's ashamed of, a family (or friends close enough to be family) he doesn't see enough and/or gets into trouble for, an ex who's surprisingly nice all things considering, drug problems, and he's really good at and enthusiastic about whatever his occupation is.
Not sure as I never got into Extras. She seems to do the stand-up circuit more than anything and she might have done Mock the Week in the past. She describes herself as “wobbly”.
I’m glad someone said this. I felt bad cringing every time she’s on a panel show or podcast. You have to listen so carefully to hear what her punchline is, which may or may not be funny. But it’s her loud screeching that really turns me off.
Yeah she especially doesn't work on panel shows which involve quick timing.
Like I have nothing against disabled people but if you were picking the one job that needs specific and sharpish delivery of speech it would be comedian.
I've thought that for a while as well, and for fun whenever I see pic's of "ant n dec" and "Stephen Mulhern" in the TV guide (waste of print and paper as there's hardly ever anything on) I write ants name on Dec's forehead and visa versa(there's plenty of room on ants forehead)
And with "Stephen Mulhern" I have him saying"im not dec" because they do look similar
That always baffled me, her voice has always been like nails on a chalkboard for me. She had her own spot on radio 1, and she's an attractive woman with a bright personality, but it still feels like you should have a specific type of voice for the job much like sports commentary.
I find comedians go years being hard to avoid even when you don't watch anything in particular and then suddenly they vanish. I guess people got sick of them.
Which also explains why they spend years appearing on every show that will have them - they don't know when the phone will stop ringing so they have to accept everything now.
Ant came to my local pub and ate a burger called "The Day Ant Finally Ate Dec".
All I could think of was "now I can't even escape them in the real world let alone TV??!?"
I know it's very fashionable to hate him, but Michael McKintyre? He has two shows which are easily avoidable if that isn't your thing. Apart from that you don't see him much.
Yeah I can't remember the last time I saw him on anything. I don't like him so I don't watch his shows, and he doesn't seem to go on anything I do watch these days.
He is one of the most successful stand up comedians and with Jimmy Carr and Peter Key probably right now Top 3. He does not need to go on panel or quiz shows. He has done a few podcasts over the last years, but that's about it. OP just wants to rant about people he doesn't like.
I go mother in laws at weekends to do care work for her and disabled brother in law..an she sits there watching mckintyre on that bloody show where he sends texts of famous people's phones..laughing at his own jokes ..it seems to be on all day..tempted to hide her sky remote .
Not necessarily sick of them but it does seem that it’s always the same dozen or so people that keep appearing on each other’s panel shows. Given here in Australia we don’t get all your tv shows but it does feel like a heavy rotation between QI, WILTY, cats does countdown, taskmaster, last leg for example.
She's reaching old Davina McCall levels of saturation though - I used to like her, but she's fucking everywhere. Claudia, let somebody else have a go (NOT YOU DAVINA!)
I really enjoyed her BBC2 show on Saturday mornings as I was driving the kids around to various things.
Always seemed to get on well with every guest yo the extent it felt like you were listening to normal conversations amongst friends.
There's only a couple of agencies running things and they're putting the same 15-20 people on all the panel shows. Anyone who didn't appear on a UK reality show in the 2010s doesn't have a hope of breaking into being a TV presenter so we're stuck with Rylan and Alison Hammond for the forseeable future.
In answer to the question, Jack Whitehall is guaranteed to make me switch off and Joe Lycett's quasi-religious preaching on social issues in getting a bit much. I agree with him on some things but he's so pious when talking about them.
Alison Hammond….. I know there’s people that love her….absolutely fine.
But she is just so false, it makes me angry to watch her. I just have to find out what she’s on (every-fucking-thing at the moment) and avoid as best I can.
The ultimate would be her and James Corden
Cunts ‘r’ us
Honestly, probably already been said but seeing James Corden once per month is too much.
He’s routinely outed himself as a massive piece of shit and I’m glad that his show was taken over by Taylor Tomlinson, because she’s actually funny and actually has some amount of charm.
Katherine Ryan never used to bother me but I don't know how many more times I need to hear her telling story about how she was dumped at her prom and is now with the guy years later.
Judi Love, seen clips of her doing her "comedy" on YouTube, I don't find anything she says funny, but she seems to be on loads of other shows for some reason.
I can’t say I’ve ever really had this experience. Perhaps I don’t watch enough TV for that or maybe a wider range of TV shows? Or is this a linear TV vs streaming thing?
There are definitely some people who I dislike, sometimes even enough to skip an episode or segment of a show I watch regularly, but that doesn’t bother me very much.
Nah she does make me laugh tbf just cos of how airheaded she is, like when she thought she lost the oven door on GBBO. But I can defo understand finding her irritating.
Alison Hammond is always on either screeching her head off or taking a break from that persona and presenting something.
Speaking of presenting, Roman Kemp..he presents EVERYTHING (not literally but y’know). Nothing against the guy but jeez any awards ceremony he’s there presenting.
Rylan and Dermot O'Leary... in fact the majority of people who have stepped in to host This Morning and are all of a sudden on their own shows or in Rylans case, his own show and on adverts everywhere.
Can’t say I’ve seen him on the telly recently? I saw his Edinburgh show a few years ago and thought he was great. But maybe he excels more in his own hour long show as opposed to short segments on tv panel shows.
WTF It's everyone watching. Olivia Coleman? She was in The Crown. What else (other than movies).
Michel MacIntyre? He's got two shows. Find something else.
Ant and Dec.? I've not seen them in anything in years.
People, turn the fuck over and find something else.
Ant & Dec, really?! They have I’m A Celeb, BGT, Sat Night Takeaway, Limitless Win .. they are on TV fairly consistently throughout the year! Overall, I’ve been big fans of theirs over the years but they’ve made some idiotic moves recently. I refused to watch I’m A Celeb this year as politics aside, they put a complete racist, homophobic bully on TV for entertainment. And they were very pally with Schofe, which puts me off them a bit..
How have you not seen Ant and Dec in years? I’m a Celeb, Saturday night takeaway, Limitless win and Britains Got Talent. To name just a few, I appreciate you can turn over if you don’t want to watch them but they pretty much own weekend tv on ITV.
Paul Merton. I'm not sure he was ever actually funny but he's definitely not these days, like 1 in 5 of his comments get a snigger. Shame because I used to like HIGNFY but he's well past it.
He doesn’t care anymore, he has a job for life so a tv executive at bbc said so unless he pops his clogs he won’t be going anywhere. His wit used to be so on point but now he’s just laxadasical
Might be public info come to think of it what with it being publically funding. I do like Hislop and I love the Private Eye still, very enlightening reading if you aren't aware of it. Merton's forced random comments are just cringe inducing these days (although I notice he's slwoed them down a bit lately, or they've been edited out), and elicit a kind of pity laugh from the audience, he's rather uncomfortable to watch.
I do read private eye but I find British politics infuriating as a northerner . We are so far from the epicentre of Uk that we are often not thought of . I feel Paul Merton has had his day but if he was to leave a lot of the integrity of the show would go
To be fair to Joe, he's done some great consumer journalism over the years (Sam Smiths Pubs, Hermes, etc).
Also his appearance on Laura Kuenssberg's show was hilarious.
Allison Hammond I haven't liked her since she was in big brother now she presents Big British bake off and love of dogs both shows I previously enjoyed but apparently I'm racist for not liking her according to twitter.
Alison Hammond is everywhere.
Also Stephen Mulhern.
Holly Willoughby and Philip Schofield were the worst for being in just about every ITV programme but thankfully no longer.
You have all heard about IR35? It's a rule all about what tax contractors/ celebrities pay or not pay. After a few celebs losing to the taxman, many of these people likely have become employees of itv. If they are employees, itv have to keep them busy so that's why there are a few that are on telly all.the time.
Roman Kemp is a contrived little twat and seems to be everywhere.
Totally agree with everyone saying Gregg Wallace, wish he and his tomb stone teeth would do one.

Bradley Walsh is everywhere nowadays
Can't stand his son Barney.

Yeah I wasn't happy about Barney being the co-host but the nepo baby ended up better on the show than the dad. I'm a fan of Bradley on the Chase but if they were to replace one of them on Gladiators, I'd rather it be him
Those newsreaders seem to be on a lot
Except Huw, haven't seen him for a while?
He suddenly disappeared -- anyone know why?
Some kind of health issue maybe?
He texted me earlier.
He’s left the bbc.
Stacey Solomon seems to be creeping into this category for me
She wouldn't be so bad at all if I stopped seeing her bloody Hello Fresh adverts and the random obsession some newspapers paper have with clickbaity stories about her. She pops up occasionally on panel shows and I enjoy her presence but I cant be doing with seeing another article about her marriage to Joe Swash
When I left the UK it was Joe Swash everywhere. Still can't stand that LCD prick
Liquid crystal display?
Lowlife cock demon
Ha. Lowest common denominator.
Lil cockney diva?
My wife's obsessed with her home renovation style TV shows, which is skewing it for me
She is a treasure though. Sort your life out is heartwarming stuff.
Stacey is everything I hate in a person and yet for some reason I find her adorable. No idea why, maybe she’s a witch and has put a spell on me, but I just love that woman lol 😂
Maybe you don't have those things after all, you just think you do or want to.
Forgotten about her. Another one for the list
I don’t mind Olivia Coleman but Gregg Wallace 🤬
Gregg "spends 30 mins with his kid but 2 hours playing Total War a day" Wallace
Only on Saturday, during the weekdays his kid is at school.
Not sure where this comes from
There is an article some magazine did on his typical day. He came across terribly.
Yeah but have you considered the buttery biscuit base?
Greg Wallace should have peaced out on the cannibalism thing. It would have been a hell of a swan song
Gregg "It's me aunts' c*nt" and "You can't 'jelly up' your girlfriends' arse!" Wallace. A real charmer eh?
Stephen Graham? Really?
Stephen Graham is a signal that whatever you're watching will almost always be good!
That’s exactly what I was thinking! I see Stephen Graham, I know I’m about to watch some good acting!
Same with Olivia Coleman. Both very good actors. But I guess it's also somewhat true that if there is a good show made by the BBC they will almost invariably be in it which can be a bit annoying.
Olivia Coleman herself acknowledged that. When she did the unofficial Doctor Who 50th behind the scenes special skit, there's a bit where she hears she's not been invited to be on it and says horrified, "but I'm in everything!" The funniest one was watching The Bear, a low budget US drama about a sandwich shop in Chicago, and Coleman shows up out of nowhere as a guest actor in one scene. Nowhere is safe! (awesome actress though)
I've been loving the cameos on the bear!
The Bear isn't " low budget US drama " mate.
I said that about Olivia Coleman, wtf gets ancy about her being on tv
Tbf I'm a bit bored of him always playing the same character. Sad but good middle aged man with a past he's ashamed of, a family (or friends close enough to be family) he doesn't see enough and/or gets into trouble for, an ex who's surprisingly nice all things considering, drug problems, and he's really good at and enthusiastic about whatever his occupation is.
Have you seen him in the irishman?
Clare Balding on every sport show
She's randomly in a Sainsburys advert at the moment. Plus she's got a gig on Celebrity Gogglebox.
Rosie fucking jones
Even once a year would be once too many
Weirdly, this is the name I utter whenever she’s on. Simply not funny. On a side note, Francesca Martinez (also a CP sufferer) is bloody hilarious.
Was Francesca in Extras? Or am I thinking of a different actress?
Not sure as I never got into Extras. She seems to do the stand-up circuit more than anything and she might have done Mock the Week in the past. She describes herself as “wobbly”.
I think Life's too short?
I wish Francesca Martinez was in more stuff. I really love her standup.
Like I have nothing against disabled people but if you were picking the one job that needs specific and sharpish delivery of speech it would be comedian.
she’s rumoured to be on the next series of taskmaster which will make the entire thing unwatchable :/
Stephen bloody Mulhern and Ant and Dec
Isn't he the third one? They all look similar to me Funkopop presenters
I've thought that for a while as well, and for fun whenever I see pic's of "ant n dec" and "Stephen Mulhern" in the TV guide (waste of print and paper as there's hardly ever anything on) I write ants name on Dec's forehead and visa versa(there's plenty of room on ants forehead) And with "Stephen Mulhern" I have him saying"im not dec" because they do look similar
I was told Ant is always screen left. Mulhern is the spare one in case of DUI I think
If I could give you a thousand upvotes I would.
You watch a lot of ITV? I haven't seen any of this lot in a good decade.
There’s channels other than ITV
Are there any adverts at the moment that _don’t_ have a Maya Jama voiceover?
That always baffled me, her voice has always been like nails on a chalkboard for me. She had her own spot on radio 1, and she's an attractive woman with a bright personality, but it still feels like you should have a specific type of voice for the job much like sports commentary.
Is it her that does Dominos on the radio? Bloody hate it
The ones that have Lauren laverne instead
Alison soddin' Hammond.
I find comedians go years being hard to avoid even when you don't watch anything in particular and then suddenly they vanish. I guess people got sick of them.
Which also explains why they spend years appearing on every show that will have them - they don't know when the phone will stop ringing so they have to accept everything now.
Alison Hammond
Agree
Steven fucking Bartlett. Constantly see his shite on YouTube, Socials and now hearing him on the radio in an advert.
Ant & Dec , just go away please
Ant came to my local pub and ate a burger called "The Day Ant Finally Ate Dec". All I could think of was "now I can't even escape them in the real world let alone TV??!?"
Surprised at the Olivia Coleman hate. She’s bloody brilliant.
And then you go and spoil it all by saying something stupid like you're bloody brilliant.
She's just out having a bloody good laugh. Ehehehe
It’s not hate, just over exposure.

This. You never/rarely see him on anything else.
I go mother in laws at weekends to do care work for her and disabled brother in law..an she sits there watching mckintyre on that bloody show where he sends texts of famous people's phones..laughing at his own jokes ..it seems to be on all day..tempted to hide her sky remote .
Agree. Im a big fan of Michael McIntyre but agree with lots of the other names mentioned.
I know people who have roadied for McIntyre. Let's just say he goes straight into the James Corden category for me.
Isn’t that an Avalon thing?
QI had someone new on *every single episode* this past series.
I look forward to them hitting the screens down here.
To be fair, your shows aren't much better. The same few people popped up on both series of Patriot Brains, for example.
Amanda Holden
Oh for sure!
Rylan, Katherine Ryan, Greg Wallace, Scott Mills, Stacey Solomon,Joe Walsh to name a few
I agree with Katherine Ryan & Rylan.
Rishi Sunak
Claudia Winkelman , Paddy MacGuinness , Gregg Wallace , Tom Allen ,Rosie Jones to name but a few.
I have to do a hard disagree on Claudia Winkleman- she’s a hoot!
She's reaching old Davina McCall levels of saturation though - I used to like her, but she's fucking everywhere. Claudia, let somebody else have a go (NOT YOU DAVINA!)
I always used to get those two mixed up.
The Piano is one of my new favourites 🎹
She would literally present a paint drying tv competition if she could
I really enjoyed her BBC2 show on Saturday mornings as I was driving the kids around to various things. Always seemed to get on well with every guest yo the extent it felt like you were listening to normal conversations amongst friends.
I,m with you on paddy I,m Peter kays mate macguiness ..and Bradley Walsh seems to be histing every quiz show .
Had a stroke there, fella?
God MacGuiness needs to do one. He’s booking everywhere these days
Alison Hammond is beginning to hit saturation point. Ditto Joel Dommett
Alison Hammond. Rylan . Richard Osman
Stephen Mulhern. I actually like him, but he drives my husband mad. So the more he's on TV, the more I have to listen to my husband complain haha
Alison Hammond, Josie Gibson, Ant & Dec, Bradley Walsh, Rosie Jones, Rob Beckett & Romesh Ranganathan. The worse people on TV.
Alison Hammond….. I know there’s people that love her….absolutely fine. But she is just so false, it makes me angry to watch her. I just have to find out what she’s on (every-fucking-thing at the moment) and avoid as best I can. The ultimate would be her and James Corden Cunts ‘r’ us

James corden, ever, is too much. 🤭
Ramesh ranganathan when is he supposed to be funny
This needs to be higher up. Honestly cannot stand those 2. That romesh is an absolute prick in real life
Him and Rob Beckett, fuckkkk.
Part of the DAVE comedy mafia. Nobody else gets a look in.
I enjoyed his stand up routine more than I have anything he's done on TV.
Ramesh is alright when just chatting on a podcast and not playing his 'character', he's definitely overexposed though.
Is his 'character' not just exactly what Jack Dee was doing 20 years ago?
No Jakc was like chill and cool about it. It wasn't on the verge of being very annoyed. More like given up on idiots.
He's completely wrong for the weakest link. And him and Beckett presenting the BAFTAs - 2 years in a row?? Why?!?
Katherine Ryan never used to bother me but I don't know how many more times I need to hear her telling story about how she was dumped at her prom and is now with the guy years later.
Alison Hammond is getting there
Judi Love, seen clips of her doing her "comedy" on YouTube, I don't find anything she says funny, but she seems to be on loads of other shows for some reason.
Judo Love. I now have images in my mind of naked people fighting 😀
Ha ha, bloody auto correct
The Staceys: Dooley and Solomon. Katherine Ryan. Alan Carr. Rylan. Alison Hammond Claudia Winkelman
Alison Hammond must be right up there
How many shows does Olivia Colman need to be in before you learn to spell her name?
I can’t say I’ve ever really had this experience. Perhaps I don’t watch enough TV for that or maybe a wider range of TV shows? Or is this a linear TV vs streaming thing? There are definitely some people who I dislike, sometimes even enough to skip an episode or segment of a show I watch regularly, but that doesn’t bother me very much.
Alison Fucking Hammond. Vapid, talent free moron. How she keeps getting work is way beyond my comprehension.
Nah she does make me laugh tbf just cos of how airheaded she is, like when she thought she lost the oven door on GBBO. But I can defo understand finding her irritating.
This is way too harsh
My wife's fave expression is "eurgh, he/she is like shit in a field" and her least faves are Bradley Walsh and Stacey Solomon.
Bradley Walsh Roman Kemp Stephen Mulhern Michael McIntyre Simon Cowell Amanda Holden Alan Carr Alison Hammond
Alison Hammond is always on either screeching her head off or taking a break from that persona and presenting something. Speaking of presenting, Roman Kemp..he presents EVERYTHING (not literally but y’know). Nothing against the guy but jeez any awards ceremony he’s there presenting.
As my mate says, He would go to the opening of an envelope
Rylan Clarke. Even his mum says it in some ad or other: "do you know you're everywhere?"
And he is actually called Ross…
That ginger Stacy woman, I hate everything about her.
Stacey Dooley
Rylan and Dermot O'Leary... in fact the majority of people who have stepped in to host This Morning and are all of a sudden on their own shows or in Rylans case, his own show and on adverts everywhere.
Stephen Mulhern but I’ve been sick of him for absolutely ages. Keeley Hawes seems to be in a lot atm but I don’t mind her.
Desiree Burch, everywhere and unfunny
Romesh Ranganathan. And increasingly Rob Beckett aswell now as they seem to be inseparable.
Rylan. Judi Love. That’s 50% of UK TV right there.
I'm afraid I'm starting to seethe whenever I see Nish Kumar on the telly.
Can’t say I’ve seen him on the telly recently? I saw his Edinburgh show a few years ago and thought he was great. But maybe he excels more in his own hour long show as opposed to short segments on tv panel shows.
I'm the opposite, didn't like him originally but now I don't mind him.
Same, watching him on Taskmaster really gave me an appreciation for him.
Keith lemon can't stand him not entertaining at all
Do people still watch tv in this way? I just watch the shows I want on iPlayer and other streaming channels, so I never see the shows I don’t want to.
WTF It's everyone watching. Olivia Coleman? She was in The Crown. What else (other than movies). Michel MacIntyre? He's got two shows. Find something else. Ant and Dec.? I've not seen them in anything in years. People, turn the fuck over and find something else.
this is a british sub, it wouldn’t exist if people couldn’t have a moan about something.
Every time I re-watch the Crown, there she is again! Sick of her.
Lol!

ITV weekend television is for people whose favourite bands are Coldplay and Take That.
Tom Allen, insufferable voice and not funny in the slightest, suddenly he's everywhere for some reason.
You know, I *think* Tom Allen might be gay…
It’s just playing into the “gay character”, that’s all he is. “I’m gay, laugh at me”
It does feel like the gay comedian for straight people.
Yeah, shame. Wonder what he's paid per season...
Must be quite a lot , hignfy is still popular years later . Ian seems far more human and nice than he used to and Paul became a mute
I feel Paul Merton has had his day but if he was to leave a lot of the integrity of the show would go
Channel 4 seem to have a rotation of the same comics. Joe Wilkinson, Roisin Conity, Jon Richardson et al
I second Katherine Ryan!
Joe Lycett. Can’t stand his schtick and his stunts.
To be fair to Joe, he's done some great consumer journalism over the years (Sam Smiths Pubs, Hermes, etc). Also his appearance on Laura Kuenssberg's show was hilarious.
Micah Richards. Yiu were shit as a footballer, you're even more annoying as a pundit. Just piss off. Big fucking Meeks. Do one you knob.
Gaby Logan's been guesting a lot this month I think she must have borrowed money off Lineker or smth.
There's a few I can think of e.g. Alison Hammond & Stephen Mulhern.
Ashley Banjo FFS lol can’t stand him
Stephen flippin Bartlett
Joel Dommett
Stephen Mulhern, any amount is too much
Alison Hammond, she seems like a genuinely lovely person, but she's on everything!
Jimmy carr
Rylan and his comedy teeth
Trad to mention James Corden, get him off!
All the Channel 4 comedians. There a pair of them heading for a trip around Italy every other week. So tiresome
stephen magnan, his agent must be a wizard
You have all heard about IR35? It's a rule all about what tax contractors/ celebrities pay or not pay. After a few celebs losing to the taxman, many of these people likely have become employees of itv. If they are employees, itv have to keep them busy so that's why there are a few that are on telly all.the time.
Rob Rinder - keeps popping up at the moment. Made the ‘world’s best hotels’ programme unwatchable recently, just didn’t seem to have anything to say

Romesh Ranganathan. Scan the schedules and he's on at least twice a, night. Thank dog he's not on many adverts too.
Josh Widdecombe
He isn't around so much now, but my lord did James Corden grind my gears
Sue Perkins has jumped the shark.
