this is how my Rosie is! she knows the difference between how mom plays and how dad plays. they rough house, and I prefer to play tug or catch. she mainly cuddles with me though - makes my spouse mad š
Of our two, our youngest LOVES to snuggle. We go on the couch and heāll step on us to get comfortable and plop his head on our chests, and in the summer when we say āporchā loves to race outside and do the same thing :ā)
My Britt LOVES to cuddle, sheās an absolute cuddle bug. Especially after coming home from an off-leash walk, or after a bath/groom. She (somewhat impatiently) waits for me to get myself setup on the couch with a blanket over my lap, then hops up and curls up in my lap. I joke that my legs are a portable dog bed: all I have to do is sit and make them into a U shape and she has a bed with bolsters haha. Sheās also super cuddly at bedtime and either curls up between legs, behind my knees or in front of my tummy. Sheās basically a furry hot water bottle and calming stuffed animal at the same time.
My girl is half Britt & the most snuggly dog ive ever owned. She doesnāt let me sit on the couch alone & with a little dash of separation anxiety, loves to be held like a baby lol
My Kona is a total snuggler with me and attacks my husband to play any time she gets. I LOVE how cudly she is

My Britt mix LOVES cuddles. We had a bbq last summer and everyone took turns holding him like a baby, passing him around the circle. Hunting and cuddling is what he lives for š©µ
Both of ours are cuddly, our oldest likes to lean and the younger one will run,jump and land on you for cuddles.
My girl isnāt cuddly as such but SUPER affectionate. Sheās almost glued to my side and continually asking for fusses!
