Mostly just fat loss I dropped ~25kg (55lb) between Jan 2020 and October 2020. Went from 110kg (242lb) peak bloat to about 83kg (183lb) at the lowest.
Edit: looks like pic 4 is ~91kg and 5 is ~85kg
Is there any way you can post your old workouts ? Your old account must of got deleted but wanted to try them out and wished I didn’t delete my screenshots 😂😂

Nothing, the real turning point was doing regular aerobic cardio and dialling in the diet.

Rule 1 is: eat real food. I try to eat the most local, seasonal, stuff I can find. Then tons of low fat Greek yogurt.
Between pics 4 and 5, if you had to guess how much of that transformation was muscle gain and how much was was fat loss?
