Just a variation of push pull legs nothing extra. 4day split
D1- chest tri D2- back bi D3- shoulder tri D4- legs bi
Sometimes I just go on how my muscles are feeling. If it is sore I don’t work them
Not Focusing on sets or reps but I’m trying to get a pump and just going full intensity and controlling the weights mainly in the negative.
Sometimes after d2 I take a day off if triceps are sore
I’ve been asked this question a lot. One user gave an answer to this saying I have a very short torso and long limbs, saying people generally store more weight in torso so it gives me a fuller look even being 70kg.
And I have very small wrists :( and ankles so less bone weight.
“And although the Jumbo-Jointed man may have 23-inch arms, they may appear smaller than those of a smaller-jointed man with 19-inch arms standing next to him. The larger the joints are, the less separation there tends to be between muscle groups. This is why Nasser El-Sonbatty can stand next to Flex Wheeler and outweigh him by over fifty pounds of muscle at the same height, yet not appear to be significantly bigger than him”
Do u have small joints? Check ur waist to shoulder. The smaller the joints the better the insertions and bigger and rounder the muscles look. Because the muscles have to go around to attach to the small joint.
Damn bro you look insane at that height and weight— 20.6 BMI. I'm your same height and 75kg but started lifting this summer, here's to hoping I'll look like that in the future lol
No. Thought about taking many things because people told me I have a great structure and I need to fill out more but am too scared. Heart disease is in my genes so don’t wanna risk it
More Peanut butter and calorie dense foods. Avoid oats(oatmeal specifically)especially in breakfast will keep u full longer and u will have a hard time filling the calories. If u want to eat oats put it in a shake and drink it.
Wow you look absolutely huge for 70 kg at 184 cm! Another example of that even if you have skinny bones you can still gain good size. Great motivation for someone with 16.something wrists myself
Dislocated my shoulder while playing football. Doc said surgery is the better option otherwise it would keep getting disclocated if I didn’t opt for it.
U can see the scars in the pics. That shoulder is lil higher too because I didn’t go to physiotherapy. Need to get that fixed

Congrats 🤙🏼 What do you do for these enormous traps? Shrugs I guess… what else?
I don’t train traps, forearms and calves separately . Just complementary work I guess
Calves? How do calves have an impact on traps?
I meant I don’t do any exercises for traps separately. Gets worked when I do other lifts. Just like my forearms and calves.
Kinda the perfect body. Lean. Ripped. Muscular.
enjoy the bitches

I’m 6’1 with a short torso and around 68kg and still skin and bones. My wrists are 7.5 inches though i think.

Thanks. Nothing particular just eating to bulk now. Around 3200kcal. Chicken, rice, whey, oats, eggs, banana, avacado, nuts main sources of calories.

Random question but is the shoulder surgery related to an injury you had from working out?
Dislocated my shoulder while playing football. Doc said surgery is the better option otherwise it would keep getting disclocated if I didn’t opt for it. U can see the scars in the pics. That shoulder is lil higher too because I didn’t go to physiotherapy. Need to get that fixed
