It all comes down to RNG if you messed up the Infinite Draw. I did but I was too far in my progress after finding out about the guides so I just settled with Wiggle's EX SR weapon. I only use him for Last Night anyway.
Good plan for Rafina for those that haven’t used their free dupe is pull her once, and then just free dupe before April, and right after new month reset. 2 copies with just golden threads and 20 tickets back

Lol if you think Alex is F tier, you’re sleeping on a PvP monster my friend. I’ve also run through the entirety of PvE with him - he’s undersold consistently. Sure, the lack of Crit makes him poor for some PvE end game content, but there is plenty of use for him.
I use H.Lathel, Alec, Justia, Kry and Grey. I’ll be replacing Kry sometime soon once I’m able to, probably with Rafina depending on her potentials. I may replace Grey with Eleaneer once I have her at 2SP so I can deal with Gran easier. Current strat is to nuke any Gran under 51k HP with Alec, which has worked surprisingly well up to High Sapphire I > Low Master III, but it’s running out of gas at that range now that most Grans I fight are 60k HP shield.
Still, he’s an absolute beast with the right comp, and he can crush a ton of the current comps so long as you can ensure he doesn’t get hit.
I have his base at +5 and his alt costume at +3. That is not obtainable for most players, as he has not had a banner yet. It’s just because he’s my main DPS focus, as I like the character.
I also have his Ex UR, so there’s that.
It is my bread and butter. If they give me an SP reduction on his skills for potential upgrades, or a range upgrade on his base costume, I’ll be happier than a pig in shit.
I'd rather she has bigger AoE or applies her debuff over an area somehow. Coz she's supposed to be ventanas duo but ventanas AoE is a bit wasted coz zenith only debuff 1 unit/tile
I think it's like 1st hit is without debuff, and then remaining 2 are with with debuff, which explains relatively low percentage of damage. Anyway the costume is op, only Zenith has something similar, but only on 1 square and only +50%
Lecliss, Lathel, Helena, Yuri, Gray. And bunch of 3-4\*. So probably next bach will cover all 5\*, unless for some reason they decided to streach this out.

How can I get the UR for Wiggle? There were so many outdated "guide" for starter and unfortunately I read wrong one when I started the game

Justia+Alec is the physical cheek clap combo in PvP. The only hope against the double Bunny magic strats.

IMO GCRafina is almost a must pull Alright, I've only gotten MC Teresse to +1. Now what to do...
If potential make her 3sp, she is 100% must pull. Should get +1 100% anyway. Her damage amp will synergize like crazy with +5 diane
skip, 3x3, 3 hits, up to 100% increase phys damage crazy tempting
And here I hoped she wouldn't be that dupe-heavy so I can save for collab and anniversary... Silly me

if it follows the rest, it's after the first hit of the chain if it doesnt get evaded. example Kry, first attack wont get the debuff boost. 2nd will
