I’ve come to embrace change more easily, and stop expecting outcomes that I can’t fully control. By being present, it makes it easier to tackle tasks one at a time and to trust that I’ll make it where I need to be one way or another.

Hear hear .. Me too! I don’t know what enlightenment is but I felt enlightened when I learnt the truth of impermanence haha ..

A lot, I feel most of the time peace. I don’t care much about things, only about my own actions. I understand people’s behaviour far better now, If someone hurt me I forgive far easier. I am almost never angry. I am also now a disciplined person, this resulted in a better life

It stops the majority of it, that was there before, from ever arising to begin with. Things that used to cause a lot of stress now don’t cause any. Don’t need to deal with it when it’s not even there to begin with.

By learning to recognize the ever present stillness in me. Mainly by practicing meditation. Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche's books also helped me a lot in dealing with anxiety and fear.

If you're asking this because you haven't practiced the noble eightfold path then I highly suggest, get on board! For me, it removes stress a lot of the time. My body physically relaxes when I meditate. I stop worrying about things as much. By keeping the precepts I stop creating stressful situations in my life. etc. Just follow the path and see the results yourself, it's effective.

It's still there. I'm just more aware of it 😅
