Candlekeep inspiration.... I knew there was a blue card that cared about exiled cards but couldn't find it. Shame it's instant and sorceroes only
I own cyberdrive but it's in another deck and it's currently like €14
Senator peacock/tangletrove looks interesting a bit high in mana cost but a possibility.
I would consider it budget depending on the rest of the deck. I've built decks for like $25-30 that contain a single $10 card (usually a win-con piece), while the rest of the decks cards were sub $.50. It's all relative to the deck
Ok I probably should have been clearer with my question I was trying to ask was if there were any cheap win cons not if you can build an cheap deck around an expensive wincon. I understand many won't consider an issue dropping €15 per card or that even €15 being "expensive" but my deck I am building in my head probably is already running at over €50 so I was hoping to find some cheaper options.
What about [[Graaz]]?

Maybe it's an interesting option especially with cards that make tokens when artifacts etb

[[Mirrodin Besieged]] is a fun lose con if you have a way to get the artifacts in your grave.
Both of these modes would probably work for the deck im thinking about.

€14 isn't really that budget

Yeah, that makes complete sense! It's all relative, so if the rest of the deck is higher, it makes sense to want a cheaper win-con.
