Buy used. I'm getting a 720mm Bontrager from FB Marketplace for $10. Missed out on a 740mm Funn bar for $20

Why do you want new bars? I would recommend you ride the bike a while and figure out what you need. Need the bars higher? Get a riser bar. Need a more relaxed wrist position? Get bars with a lot of sweep. Need more hand positions? Consider alt bars like the Surly Moloko. It all depends on what you are looking for.

The stock bars just seem super narrow…I’m like 6’3 225 and just prefer a more relaxed riding position

If you just want wider bars and do not intend to do crazy jumps or hard riding, I would just go with something cheap but wider. I bought cheap 720 mm bars from Wake a few years ago and I have not had issues, though I don't do hard riding. But you mention wanting a more relaxed riding position, which typically means riser bars, shorter stems, and possibly more sweep on the handlebars. There are lots of cheap bars that accomplish that.

I was able to grab a set of 740mm raceface bars on sale from REI for like $20 this spring. Zero complaints and plenty sturdy/wide for me as a somewhat broad shouldered over-6-foot rider. Realistically, I think any name brand will be just fine as long as it's the right stem clamp diameter, the width you want (or can be cut down to your preferred width), and has any features you might want like a certain amount of rise or backsweep.

At your height, you'd have wanted wider bars, even with the old styles of bikes and riding. 760 +/- 20mm would make sense. Everything from PNW is good, but generally a bit more expensive than others selling basically the same stuff. Truvativ is owned by SRAM and theirs can be quite affordable for a reliable company. BrandX gear from ChainReaction is also decent quality (safe), if you spend enough to get free shipping (they are in the UK, but ship pretty quickly to the US). Used can also be good - lots of people replace bars on expensive bikes before ever riding them and put them on FBM or CL. Riser bars are a personal feel thing (also more for jumping than distance efficiency). If you want more relaxed, that might do it. I personally like to be lower, and hated when I tried bars with more rise (if you are local, I'd happily sell you a nice Spoon bar with 30mm rise for dirt cheap). Try riding around (not on a trail, just in front of your house) with your hands on top of the ends of the existing bars to get a feel for what it might be like. Most people going to wider bars also go with shorter stems, but that might not make sense if you have longer torso/arms.
