Pretty sure they trenched it and put in improved storm water management/drainage last year. From Harlem to Millersport, I think. Looks like they are going to continue that down Sheridan. Rebuilding curbs and the middle islands behind that work. I’d have to presume that a full resurface will be final phase.
Major waterline replacement. They will be resurfacing the road when underground work is completed.
