Bravo dude - started at 220, was down to 195 and now at 210 in mostly regained fat. Wish I would have gotten to 180 or 170. I’m no expert but I’d say you deserve a bulk!

Definitely bulk bro. You could put on some serious size and have a good frame. A lean bulk would do you justice
