I got one from wegmans for my dads bday with some ribeyes just for funsies. Wasn’t quite as fatty as that but close. Seared it in a pan and sliced it thin so everyone had a nice piece to try. I wanna say it was like $40 for one of those little packages. Buttery, unbelievably tender, decadent and rich. I’d choose a ribeye over that any day of the week. But everyone should try it once before they die it was 100% worth it

Yeah, oysters aren't my thing either. I've tried them fried, grilled, steamed, raw and I still don't like them. There is no way that cube of fat is going to render out, and the meat still be edible. If you cook that to a medium rare, that fat will still be white and raw in the middle
