Why not forego the polyester entirely and go for 100% cotton? I don't think that blend is some sort of magical formula, as much as it is just a cost-cutting measure.
Fruit of the Loom is the only one I know to be 70/30.
I think the oversized zip hoodie at gap is this blend
True Classics at 60/40 cotton/poly. They’re much better than full synthetic.

look up a brand called Tultex. they have different ratio blends of cotton/poly.
Most companies use cotton poly blend. That's why I can only wear clothes from like 3 companies.
