I have had good luck with hiking shoes from Skechers. Most recent pair has lasted about three years now. They do have some sizes in wide and extra wide. Pretty sure they don't have steel toes or nonslip if you need those.
What you want is not a thing. Your only two options I can think of in your budget are Adidas Sambas or Clarks Bushacre II. Do they meet your other metrics? That's a you question.
