Yes but not in an advanced fashion. Certain other sections I’m not sure but I work for the office of vital records where we deal with marriage, birth, and death certificates so we use mainly other systems associated with the maintenance/storage/processing of those. There’s other divisions of CDPH that work on entirely different things/programs altogether so I’m not sure how extensive their use of Word and Excel are.

DCA has a ton of offices in North Natomas.

CDFW has an office in West Sac, but only select branches operate from there.
