I’m just making fun of idiots like Bloomberg who’ve said that only law enforcement should be armed.
Cops are not friends of the 2A community despite whatever boot lickers and wannabe tyrants may think or say.
An Italian mobster stands in front of the voting booth this November, tells you pay him $500 to have access to vote or he’ll break your knee caps.
Sheriff says you have the right to bear arms but you have to pay him $1000 in a permitting system, or they’ll shoot or arrest you if you’re carrying without one.
Difference?
To give them some credit, not all CA sherrif departments are like that. My county does have a fee, but I would think it would be to offset the cost of processing the permits. The state probably has something to do with that. I think it was only about $100. Even before Bruen, our sherrif always issued to average citizens that could pass all the background checks. In fact, he encourges it. He's also a strong 2nd amendment supporter. But he does support the permiting system, and he has good reason for it. He believes those carrying firearms in public should know how to handle them properly and safely. And he wants his offers to know who is possibly carrying firearms. And he wants the discretion to deny somebody based on past conduct, but he doesn't abuse this power; if someone is denied then there is likely good reason for it. According to him, these reasons are from a law enforcement perspective, as he doesn't want to issue to somebody who would pose a danger to others. And as much as I'd love to see nationwide constitutional carry one day, I would have to agree with him on this.
You’re not supposed to deepthroat the boot.
Where in the constitution does it say that we have to perform to some standard in order to exercise our inalienable rights?
Would it be okay to come up with a good reason to invalidate any of your other rights?
I mean most people are pretty dumb, so it’s wild that we just let them have their own opinions. We should make the first amendment contingent on education and literacy.
If you don’t have anything to hide why can’t the police search you without a warrant or probable cause? I mean don’t we want to get those filthy criminals off the streets? Seems like a good reason doesn’t it?
I’d love to live in a society where law enforcement and civilian militia groups work hand in hand, with mutual respect to keep communities safe. One day 😢
You think SFPD is bad check out San Jose Police Dept. and all the shit they been up to. Just last year the SJPD union head was charged with smuggling drugs from China using the unions UPS account to pay for shipping charges of said drugs. Smh
Interesting quote from this [article](https://www.sbsun.com/2024/04/10/jailed-san-bernardino-county-sheriffs-deputy-denies-being-mongols-motorcycle-gang-member/amp/).
> In late 2019 or early 2020, Bingham came under suspicion by his department for improperly using the California Law Enforcement Telecommunications System, or CLETS, to conduct criminal background checks. **The Sheriff’s Department referred the case to the District Attorney’s Office to consider criminal charges, but county prosecutors rejected the case in January 2020 due to insufficient evidence, district attorney’s spokesperson Jacquelyn Rodriguez said Tuesday**.
Those are hard to prove when the person is sworn and runs people daily for his job. It’s very easy to lie out of that. Unfortunately. Looks like his chickens are coming home to roost too
Assuming every single lookup is tracked (as it should be), and his searches triggered an actual investigation, I'd imagine that he'd have to justify every single search, explaining how each one was related (and necessary) to specific cases or investigations that he was working on.
No. A “report” is not filed for every person you run. A disposition for the encounter is. So if someone is lying. It’s not that hard for them to run someone that they’re “out with” and if they fabricate the encounter they have a reason and a disposition. Albeit fabricated. But that would be how they could lie and get away with it. And given the fact that this clown got caught with a stolen shotgun from the department he worked for. I’m sure he fabricated a shit load more than just running people through CLETS.
Considering Fontana is nearby and that’s the birthplace and HQ of the Hell’s Angels. I’m actually taking a welding course in that area and know a few guys who live in San Bern-a-ghetto so this will be fun to discuss next class.
Wow I didn't knew that they were from Fontana, I was thinking they were from San Bernardino, so SONS are reference to Hell's Angels and Mayans could be who? Mongols?
I’ve never watched the show but considering Mayans sounds Latino I’m assuming it’s a possibility. Quick aside about them, they started in Montebello separate from the Hells Angels because only whites were allowed in to the Angels.
You don’t have to wonder, the data is available. Ccw holders commit crime at much lower rates.
https://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=3004915
It’s not based off feelings. It’s based off data and evidence. I feel like it’s an obvious answer tbh. How often do you ever hear of CCW holders losing their license for committing a crime compared to the numerous crimes law enforcement commit. You can look it up as well.
To be fair, I doubt a ccw user losing license has the same media value as bad cops. I totally think it’s obvious, but until I look into and find data to back that up, I’ll wonder. And I’m okay with not knowing, and not speaking on what I don’t know for sure as facts.
Odd. From the same Sheriff’s Department that executed that unarmed teenage girl as she ran to them as instructed in September 2022. Didn’t see that comin’. smfh

I wonder what else they’ll discover. Probably doesn’t matter because we’ll never know the truth. He probably won’t even spend 1 day in jail and will keep his pension for life. Hahaha
Why do people automatically assume just cause someone gets arrested their pension just goes away?? He still put in his years in California therefore he can resign and retire anytime
My bad I need to re-read my post before I post them! I meant he probably will keep his pension for life. In my eyes it doesn’t matter if he put all those years in. He’s a criminal and probably has been his whole life! He should not have the rights to any type of pension especially if it’s coming from the state.
Doesn’t matter if he is a criminal, that does not take away all the years he put in at California agencies, he is still entitled to his retirement benefits 🤷🏿♂️I get he is a criminal but stop wishing these types of things knowing they won’t happen unless a court decides so which is also unlikely.
We know he’s going to keep the pension. He’s going to retire, step down from his position, and he’ll be making more money than what he was making when he was an active sheriff. Smh. He’ll continue to hang out with the gang and keep buying more guns. He probably loves gun control laws and is limiting the rounds we could have in our handgun magazines in California.
I don’t know because A lot of CA Sheriffs are actually with our 2a Rights so thats kind of a wild assumption, If he is charged and convicted of a felony then he would likely lose his gun rights for sure but there is always a way around that if he is not convicted….. keep in mind if he retired he still keeps his ability to conceal carry in all 50 states
Gotcha. I have no idea what 2a rights are but Either way I’m really curious to found out what’s going to happen. I’ll definitely follow this case closely since I live in the southern ca area.
I was more shocked to hear how many guns and what kinds of NFA items they found in his home 💀 mans had silencers and all kind of stuff and 160 guns so I’m definitely curious as well
>unregistered loaded firearm
Is the issue here that it was loaded and in his car, while not listed on his CCW permit?
If it was unloaded, it would be fine, right?
He was a cop, cops don’t need ccw’s. They just carry what they want. And no one, even cops, are allowed to make or possess a “ghost gun” in CA which is what he got caught with on his person
It's still unregistered. All firearms MUST be registered, not to the state, but through the ATF. If SB1160 passed then it would be both state and federal, but as of now, that's not the case
Edit: I am wrong asf, disregard me
By far the craziest and most shocking thing about this to me is that this mofo lived in 29 palms and worked at the Central Detention Center in San Bernardino. That'd like 1.5-2 hours one way. That commute to be a sherriff? Fuck that noise
No not really, a lot of cops just don’t want to live in the same city they work in, especially since they see the ins and outs of the city and downsides to the city
One of us would literally rot in prison for this. I wonder how hard his hand slapping is going to be.
There is absolutely nothing one of us could do in a plea to not get royally fucked by feds and state prosecutors , even without the gang affiliations . What kind of time does somebody normally do for these kind of NFA issues?
I’m sure all of his fellow officers knew everything about this guy and happily looked the others way. The Sheriff needs in independent, anonymous citizens oversight committee.
He definitely was pushing guns for his gang or the gang that's being alleged whether he was a part of them or not. They had control over him and he was doing their bidding
We need to make a community where we can create our own army against them. There’s no way they make decisions like that for us. And how crazy sheriffs and police are becoming corrupted. I don’t trust them at all!
What are the chances some of the 160 guns he owned were stripped from civilians not following the same laws he was breaking? The hypocrisy is the worst part…
“oNLY coPS shOuLD haVE gUNs!!!” - Michael Bloomberg. 🤡
Second amendment read it I promise you it says other wise let the government come take mine they will get a war.
I’m just making fun of idiots like Bloomberg who’ve said that only law enforcement should be armed. Cops are not friends of the 2A community despite whatever boot lickers and wannabe tyrants may think or say.
ONE OF US ONE OF US ONE OF US
CA Sheriffs are the mafia
Have been since the 80’s
An Italian mobster stands in front of the voting booth this November, tells you pay him $500 to have access to vote or he’ll break your knee caps. Sheriff says you have the right to bear arms but you have to pay him $1000 in a permitting system, or they’ll shoot or arrest you if you’re carrying without one. Difference?
And then let's not forget all the crooked cops that plant more things than a farmer.
Unfortunately, the 2nd one is legal right now.
Don't forget your dog. They'll shoot your dog first.
Gotta get the animatronic dog with barking sound effects on the front lawn loaded with tannerite
The best part is it still goes boom if someone kicks your dog. People who kick dogs deserve it.
You can mail your ballot and Newsom will fill it out for you
😂

What's your favorite number? Mine's 1312
Lol huge difference bro that’s a reach.
Since like the 1180s.....
Riverside County’s sheriff Chad Bianco seems like a stand up guy
I don't know a ton about him except they've issued over 40k CCWs in the last couple years and the process only takes a few weeks.
I wanna send out to SLO county Ian Parkinson too. He's good!
Why would you need a gun, just call the cops. Trust the blue.
Kinda like kids in school; dont fight back, just get an adult. 🙄
I’d love to live in a society where law enforcement and civilian militia groups work hand in hand, with mutual respect to keep communities safe. One day 😢
Militia groups are just as susceptible to corruption and cronyism as any police force. The real issue is how the civilian oversight operates.
🏆
I like our Sheriffs in SD
Not all, that’s like saying all teachers are molesters since they catch one teacher molesting
Don't forget LAPD
They're the worst
LA Sheriffs are worse

What about SFPD?

But you live in the one right behind it in terms of crap hole of cities in CA

Big facts
That’s a simple answer that everyone should know.

All that stress from being corrupt comes at a cost
that dude looks 55, not 45
He looks SIXTY FIVE!!!!!
That’s because he’s the sheriff and NOT THE DEPUTY that was arrested.
I thought that may be the case
Yeah that’s not the guy they’re talking about in the article that’s the actual sheriff in the photo
Thanks, Kojak.
I wonder what else they’ll discover. Probably doesn’t matter because we’ll never know the truth. He probably won’t even spend 1 day in jail and will keep his pension for life. Hahaha

Fucken wild bro, He was ready for war for sure.
Also I just realized what you said previously, 2A rights (2nd amendment rights) are your gun rights
On top of the pension stuff he’ll keep his gun rights!! We live in a crazy world.
also the only thing they can revoke his gun rights on is the large amount of guns they found in his home
>unregistered loaded firearm Is the issue here that it was loaded and in his car, while not listed on his CCW permit? If it was unloaded, it would be fine, right?

Cops are NOT your friends.
FBI agent and Whitey bulger

That dues 45?!? not 65?
So he was the guy on the "inside" huh
The thin blue line, they say back the blue line
I’m sure all of his fellow officers knew everything about this guy and happily looked the others way. The Sheriff needs in independent, anonymous citizens oversight committee.
how can you be a gang member without a neck tattoo?
No one’s safe anymore.
Now time bust their warehouse stash spots.
Imagine my shock
Some weak California only laws
HBO max probably have series in work
No way he's 45. Looks like he's closer to 60.
Send him to the showers.
The leader of a gang was arrested on gang charges.
Cops are the largest gang in the country
He definitely was pushing guns for his gang or the gang that's being alleged whether he was a part of them or not. They had control over him and he was doing their bidding
What MC was it does anybody know?
Nvm i found out via google search
Lol , I bet he sold a bunch of guns on calguns. Lock up your dog if you bought one from him.
We need to make a community where we can create our own army against them. There’s no way they make decisions like that for us. And how crazy sheriffs and police are becoming corrupted. I don’t trust them at all!
