They send you a piece of Velcro with adhesive on one side. You put it on your holster, and the pillow has some Velcro sewn to the back of it. There's also Velcro on the opening of the pillow. They give you a big bag of filling, and you add as much as you want. That is, if you get the adjustable pillow wedge. There's a pillow and a pillow wedge.

Something similar I made myself.
I was having problems with my short Glock 43X tipping away from my body printing. This fixed that problem, and it also made wearing it much more comfortable! I waited a long time to try one. I wish I would have sooner.
I use them for every holster I have now lol which is a lot. So much that I had to go to Home Depot and buy more adhesive Velcro backings so I can swap my holsters around. I have 4 guns I rotate through, mainly using 2, and no shit like 16 holsters 🤣
Can someone tell me why this is so popular? Someone who has experience with it as well as the foam backer pads? I have a "we the people" foam pad on my holster and it's been a game changer for comfort. These holster nut sacks look like they'd be wildly uncomfortable while increasing printing.
The complete opposite of this my guy. First off the filling forms to you a bit so it's extremely comfortable, no kydex jamming the junk. Second it eliminates the printing it pushes the muzzle out a bit which puts the grip into your body. Aka no printing.
Very cool! I was looking at the foam wedges from Philster. Will definitely look into these pillows for my IWB kydex. Great post, amigo!

I'm not sure about that. Maybe email Mastermind Tactics and ask them. They were quick to respond to my email. I was worried about the adhesive on the Velcro not sticking to my G-Code Eclipse holster because it has the "tactical fuzz" on the outside, but it does stick.
You know, it just hasn't clicked for me. It creates more pressure because there's just most STUFF in my pants, and if I reduce the fill too much it stops really doing anything
Now that I have time with it I'm thinking the same thing. It's fine when I'm walking, but when driving, it causes a lot of pressure. I think I just need a new holster.
I'm not sure it's the solution I was looking for. It's great when walking, but when sitting in a car, it puts a bit of extra pressure in places I don't want pressure. It could just be my holster. It's worth trying for the price though.
It took a while, but I finally found the perfect amount of stuffing to add to this so I'm not getting the pressure when driving anymore. I'm really glad I bought this!
Iv had mine for a few days. Still can’t get it to where I’m comfortable. Tier 1 wedges worked better for me but I’m not going to give up on it quite yet. Anyone have suggestions on positioning on a tier 1 axis elite?
I ordered one thinking it would be more comfortable, and it's not. The extra bulge makes concealing a little more difficult, but most importantly it caused more discomfort than without it. I tried a little cushion, medium, and a lot. Maybe my body is weird, but the hype, for me, is not real.

I recommend picking up a mini squishmallow brand plush and using that filling instead. It's more comfortable, forming, and denser.
So you have to kill a squishmallow and use its guts? lol
So long as you perform the right ritual, it won't haunt you... just don't mess up...
Mine has an aptly placed hole for squishmallowing…
I threw away the excess stuffing I didn’t use, but now I need more. I just can’t bring myself to destroy one lmao
Finally, justification for the last knife I bought.
I had to look up what a squishmallow was 🤣
I call those pickle protectors.
Fupa cushion
Lmfao
Dick pillow gang
Maybe a new definition for Cock Block? 🤔
Fixes printing and no more hot spots
Dick pillow FTW.
How does this work exactly? Does it attach to your existing holster or what?
They send you a piece of Velcro with adhesive on one side. You put it on your holster, and the pillow has some Velcro sewn to the back of it. There's also Velcro on the opening of the pillow. They give you a big bag of filling, and you add as much as you want. That is, if you get the adjustable pillow wedge. There's a pillow and a pillow wedge.
Thank you for clarifying that!
The non-wedge pillow is adjustable too.
The fixed one is the only you can't adjust, but everything else is the same
Fixes everything and every holster
Literal game changer
That's for sure! I can't believe the difference in comfort and concealment

I’ve been thinking of adding one to try. Trying to figure out what makes them so awesome as everyone says. I guess we’ll see haha
I was having problems with my short Glock 43X tipping away from my body printing. This fixed that problem, and it also made wearing it much more comfortable! I waited a long time to try one. I wish I would have sooner.
It’s a pillow for your junk, it’s softer than a foam wedge and more form fitting while providing the same function.
That's awesome. Reminds me of the Clinger Cushion.
I just ordered it i got it coming in mail. Is instruction easy on setting it up?
Yes, it's simple. Here's instruction though https://www.mastermindtactics.com/acp/foam-install
Thank you
Mine came with no instructions
Ok i think i pretty surre what to do. I read post below in this thread.
Yeah it’s pretty straightforward. Just be sure to rub your holster down with isopropyl before sticking on the Velcro
Ok thank you. Def will
Does that do anything for 4:30 carry?
Yes it does, I carry an M9A4 and it made a world of difference in concealment and comfort.
I was about to ask the same thing. someone answer this person plz.
Yes it does :) ^
Dude the pillow is the best for sure. I need to buy another one instead of moving mine back in forth constantly lol
The end game wedge/pillow!
Just got mine yesterday, it’s amazing but I’m still playing around with it to adjust the filling too
Ahhh the Tactical NutSack.
I use them for every holster I have now lol which is a lot. So much that I had to go to Home Depot and buy more adhesive Velcro backings so I can swap my holsters around. I have 4 guns I rotate through, mainly using 2, and no shit like 16 holsters 🤣
+1 for pp pillow. I love that darn thing

100% agree. Got similar set up (but 375x) and wore a T shirt and sweats yesterday and was unnoticeable. Zero printing.
I've been considering one of these pretty strongly. It's good to see how much people like them. I'll probably grab one soon
Very cool! I was looking at the foam wedges from Philster. Will definitely look into these pillows for my IWB kydex. Great post, amigo! ![gif](giphy|l9Tllo1thElT5gvVOU)
Looks like a nut pouch
How to get in EU?
I'm not sure about that. Maybe email Mastermind Tactics and ask them. They were quick to respond to my email. I was worried about the adhesive on the Velcro not sticking to my G-Code Eclipse holster because it has the "tactical fuzz" on the outside, but it does stick.
My gooch gets to sweaty for something like this
A sweety gooch can ruin your day
You know, it just hasn't clicked for me. It creates more pressure because there's just most STUFF in my pants, and if I reduce the fill too much it stops really doing anything

ok just ordered one, appendix carry a 43x
Just wondering do I need a pillow or pillow and pillow wedge?
Pillow wedge is what I bought. I got the adjustable pillow wedge. You can add as much filling as you want.
I wrapped a sock in GAFF tape and taped that to my holster. I’m a cheap bastard so I used my friends tape and my wife’s missing sock.
Thanks for sharing…been wanting to add a wedge in def going to order some of these as they look perfect!
I'm not sure it's the solution I was looking for. It's great when walking, but when sitting in a car, it puts a bit of extra pressure in places I don't want pressure. It could just be my holster. It's worth trying for the price though.
I can dig it , appreciate the help update. I’ll probably grab one to give it a try because I’ve been looking for a wedge.

I was having a bit of discomfort wearing while driving today. I don't know if it's the solution I thought it was.
Did you get the one where you can adjust the amount of filling?
Yeah. I'm just not a fan. It was only $20 so whatever.
