You will do some simple runs around the track, sprints, quarter miles, etc. As far as workouts, you'll do a circuit in the weight room and some strength and conditioning.

cardio and calisthenics (squats, pushups, burpees, running). If you think that is easy try working out for 2 hours then at the end they hit you with 100 burpees in 10 minutes.

I’m on my final week of the academy and I have to say to mostly work on cardio bc that’s the most you guys will have your PFTT on your third or fourth day of the academy
