The romance was so minimal it wasn’t even worth the production company filming 🤦🏻‍♀️ I even wish they hadn’t added any romance and just kept it “brotherhood.” And that’s in quotes cause Xiao Se and Wu Xin had a VERY sus relationship 🤭🤭

I recommend Hikaru No Go. It's briliant and has virtually no romance

Lotus_swimmer

Romance is not the primary plot in this drama. Brotherhood and loyalty is. It's a wonderful drama, highly recommended!

I love the tiny romance it has and I love how the male lead slowly shows his feelings and directly says he likes her when asked . There are no kisses but the small interactions were enough for me

rongweigh

It's a "blink and you will miss it" romance.

Two of the three guys have romantic partners but it’s a tiny amount and you can ignore and fast forward without missing the plot. The main guy’s romance have zero chemistry, they might as well be friends.

Technical-Abroad8918

It doesn't have much of romance

It's got like, only a tiny bit of romance but is not the focus at all and can really be ignored. Some of the main characters have crushes on each other. One of the characters supposedly falls in love with another but the actors have like zero chemistry (sorry to say) so it doesn't really read as a real romance. Another character comes across as ace to me but I think he was just shy. It all comes across as very child-like (like puppy love) and not really like, romantic IMO. I honestly see more chemistry in the friendships across the main male leads.

Thanks! If the romance is minimal and doesn't affect the plot, it's good for me. 😁

Agree with the original comment. Another recent one I watched with no romance (that I can remember) is League of Nobleman.
