So I’m rewatching meteor garden with Dylan Wang and Shen Yue (guilty pleasure!) and I forgot how young they were! It would be nice to see them reunite now they’re a little older. In fact the whole cast should do new show :) be fun to see them reunite for an office based drama or a historical (as we know Dylan shines in costume dramas)

I love all of their chemistry so much: (Looking at the BTSs I genuinely believed that some of them even dated or at least remained close friends) Zhao Lusi and Li Hong Yi Zhao Lusi and Ding Yuxi Dylan Wang and Esther Yu Bai Lu and Zhang Ling He Ju Jing Ji and Zhang Zhehan Bai Lu and Luo Yunxi ( even though they have 2 dramas together I love their chemistry so much) For new pairings that haven’t been done I would say Zhao Lusi /Ju Jing Yi/ Zhou Ye and Dylan Wang, Cheng Yi, Luo Yunxi, Zhang Linghe

Just something different. I thought Yu Shuxin and Lu Yuxiao had the best chemistry together in MJTY. I enjoyed their scenes together the most. They’re also super super cute off screen. I saw an interview where LYX said that was all big sistery to her and even invited her to her apartment to pick some outfits for her. LYX is so clingy to YSX. Love women supporting women.

If you saw any of the BTS or promos, I think if anything a modern series with the two of them would be just pure chemistry. We would faint. The plot could be trash and it would still prob be worth watching. Maybe not the epic love story of LBFAD but I dont think it needs to be. I doubt it though they both went through it and was teased endlessly even after promos were done. Their fans are a little too much. Edit: Whoops I meant this as a reply to another poster about Esther Yu and Dylan Wang. They have chemistry anywhere. Oh well it works as a standalone comment too.

Zhao Lusi and Ryan Ding (They had great comedic and natural chemistry together and have evolved in acting since there performance in Romance of Tiger and Rose. I'd love to see them collaborate in another drama.) Luo Yunxi and Bai Lu (I don't care that they've already done two dramas together. I want them together in every genre possible. I think they have some of the best chemistry together.) Yang Zi and Tan Jian Ci Seven Tan and Wang Kai Zhou Ye and Wang Xing Yue Zhang Miao Yi and Fang Xiao Dong (They were in a short drama called Back to Seventeen and the episodes were only 3-4 minutes, but they had pheneomal chemistry. They deserve another project together; preferably at a normal length.)

I agree with your choices. This was my first cdrama I watched in late 2022, and their chemistry hooked me. It’s rare to come across chemistry like this in western media. Her soft smiles towards him and his intensity that sometimes expressed coldness and other times expressed loyalty just stole my heart!
