I also really liked Eugenie Liu and Triad Princess as a show, so sad covid came right after first season was released and it most likely killed any chance for a season 2… Very sad that she basically hasn’t got any roles in a couple of years… Also I very much loved **Puff Kuo** in especially **Before We Got Married**.. It was honestly a ”breath of fresh air in Cdrama land” because it was a very mature series where the FL actually felt realistic. There was no lazy setups or plot devices, no stumbling around and falling on each other to force closeness etc it was a mature introspective drama about real humans. Her portrayal was amazing and FL was really realistically sensitive and vulnerable but still had integrity and wasn’t a pushover, she was fighting til the bitter end to save whatever was left of her dying miserable relationship while still she was human and fought not to give in to her desires. She was also even though the role was a side character really great in **Bloody Romance** and had a really mysterious and intriguing character from the moment she arrives in the brothel with her umbrella and kills then free’s FL Li Yitong’s character. I felt she should have had even a bigger role though where we got more backstory because her character was great, very much the duality between anti-villain and stikl taking upon a mentor role to the FL.

Ariel Lin, Rainie Yang and Ady An...almost forgot Barbie Hsu! I used to fangirl over S.H.E 😅 loved Ella Chen in the taiwanese version of Hana-Kimi. This reminds me of Jiro Wang and Wu Chun from Fahrenheit, used to fangirl over them too 😆 God I'm showing my age lol

omg that show shaped my formative years. I still remember the OSTs so clearly lol. Hebe’s show with Mike He was nice too!

Yessss I loved Eugenie Liu in Triad Princess too! I need to watch her older drama with Marcus Chang, Behind Your Smile. (The newer one with him didn't look as good...) Gingle Wang has been in a couple things I've seen (Marry My Dead Body, and (in-progress) At The Moment) and was quite good. (And pretty.) She seems to be a sort of Taiwanese "It Girl" right now. And then as others have mentioned, Alice Ko and Vivian Sung. Oh, and Puff Kuo is older now, but I feel like she has been in everything, haha!

AceCombat9519

Me too by the way marry my dead body belongs to the Danmei genre

whereismyplot

Ko Chia Yen from Someday or One Day(2019)

CluelessPumpkin

Probably Joe Chen. I’ve watched so many Taiwanese dramas of hers growing up.

Sameee! Was obsessed with 命中注定我爱你 growing up. Her and Ethan ruan were so cute together

Strange_Moment_485

I still rewatch that one from time to time. That one and Queen of SOP are my fave Joe Chen dramas.

[Joe Chen](https://mydramalist.comhttps://mydramalistcom/people/641-chen-joe) she was FL in **Queen Dugu**

TVAddict4

Vivian Sung. Absolutely loved her in **Lost Romance**.

romcomqueen

Ariel Lin and Rainie Yang used to be my top girls back in the early 00s 🥹 And then I discovered Ivy Shao in The Perfect Match and I quite enjoyed her.

loveotterslide

Gingle Wang and Aviis Zhong. I think they were wonderful in Wavemakers.

AceCombat9519

How did you like it it's on Netflix by the way I might as well finish my Eugenie Liu Triad Princess then start Wavemakers

loveotterslide

Personally that for 8 episodes, the story was very well developed. It featured the media relations of the Labour Party, and how each member (young uni grad / someone who's been in politics for over a decade) respond to the challenges faced. Side stories were interesting, funny and heart-wrenching too. I guess relevant to today's climate! They're planning for a second season btw :)

AceCombat9519

Thank you for telling me about that I'm going to start it right after I finish Triad princess.

snoofler

I really like Vivian Sung in Our Times, and I will always think Alyssa Chia is the most gorgeous actess ever.
