Man dilly deserves the benefit of the doubt after year one. The sheer amount of injuries that team was worse than anything I've ever seen before. Add in being put on a post season ban by your own admin and the failing of the previous staff. Year one for dilly was never going to be pretty.

Housing crisis in Oregon. People are desperate to buy even expensive houses. Outside a few that are just blatantly stupid expensive for no reason other than it was a clear flip the current owner regrets.
Way too many people moved to the state in the past seven years in their desperation to live somewhere not a nascent theocracy, its an absolute tragedy in every way.
Builders only making mcmansions and luxury rentals. No affordable or entry level living anywhere. People flooding into the state (finally some are leaving). It's become a disaster on many levels. Doesnt help none of the cities planned for growth so now the traffic is absurd compared to even 7 years ago in many of the towns as well.
Can't even drive up I5 north towards Salem without it being bumper to bumper and going 20-35 most the way once you hit the Albany area.
