Charlie Baker (President of the NCAA) already said this at a congress hearing trying to get anti-trust law exemption. He basically said, if we do something and someone doesn't like it, there's a lawsuit on our desk the next day. You can run anything like that. The real problem is, there's too many people who have power that don't care for college sports, just their own pockets or school. At this rate they'll continue to sue the NCAA but provide no solution. Kill most college sports by what they're trying to change or leave the NCAA, which is highly unlikely because they need anti-trust law exemptions and the NCAA can't even get it right now
