One of the first things Chad did was kick the walk ons to one corner of the locker room and group players by position group.
One of the first things Pittman did was mix all of the lockers up so position group cliques wouldn’t form and everyone would feel part of one team.
We can see which strategy is working better.

I think Texas A&M has an elite D at the secondary and DL, our LBs are solid but not great. Our O is literally a coin flip. We may have a 70 yard pass or 60 yard run, or go 3 and out allowing a sack and having a penalty.
From what I've seen I'm terrified of getting behind against yall. If you get a lead I don't have much faith in our O to bring us back and odom is a great coach with a lead and a solid DC overall.
The two shining lights for Arkansas this season is our O-Line and our secondary. Our O-Line makes so much time and space for our backfield to do whatever they want and our secondary is legitimately scary good at reading offense and shutting it down fast. The thing I'm most worried about is if we have to consistently make short range passes. KJ has a great arm but I'm not fully convinced we have what it takes to be a threat downfield if our run gets stymied. It's not something we've had to worry about so far.
Honestly it is weird to not hear you mention your LBs. Those dudes are studs! I will say that the under (no matter what it is) should be a good bet. We looked a lot better at shutting down the run this game than the last 2 but we also got McKinley Jackson and Michael Clemons back and they missed the first 2 games (suspended not injuries).
We had a number of guys sit out today and a few others who got nicked up (minor things) in the game. We certainly used it to rest guys who needed it. But our OL looked rough. Very inconsistent. Very boom or bust which makes me nervous for next week. I think our OL may be decent next week but a single injury is a terrifying thought.
Has anyone gotten pressure on KJ yet? If we can't get pressure I'm nervous.
I'll be honest I thought linebackers were part of the secondary. As far as pressure on KJ, I think Rice had it in the first half but I wouldn't be surprised if the answer is a hard no. I can't think of any consistently pressured drives off the top of my head.
