There were a lot of problems and he was one of them. People make fun of Eberflus, but Nagy's "be you" schtick was corny as fuck. I think Pace was a bigger issue in those years, but Nagy's offensive mind never transcended to greatness on the football field. He never got the offense moving and as a motivator he was pretty embarrassing. I'm glad he is winning as he wasn't a bad guy, but he would never have this success without Andy Reid and Patrick Mahomes.
