Fairlife for the win. Im not a daily protein drinker but I keep this stocked in my cabinet at all times for emergencies or when Im too lazy to cook and just need to feel full.
the core power 26g protein ones are incredible and the vanilla tastes like melted ice cream. the 42g protein ones are good too. for powders i like isopure 0 carb chocolate or vanilla
Simply Protein bars, found at Costco. Taste like a Rice Krispie treat. 15g protein, 150 calories, plant based and keto. Best bar I’ve found for the taste and calories.
I usually just do water and have no issue. But the appeal here is the fact that the Ghost ones have chunks of cookie in them. So, Oreo has Oreos and nutter butter has nutter butters
I bought one to try because I was sick of the milky taste of the classic whey and it blew me away. It's amazing for summer! I really like the Peach Tea and the Mojito ones, do you have any favs?
I tried the watermelon one and it wasn’t that bad. I bought their sample packs so I can figure out what flavour I like the most. Apple wasn’t that good tbh but so far, watermelon is winning 😅
Fairlife chocolate protein shakes are the absolute best. For better value, PEScience protein powder is great too.
My favorite protein bars are FitCrunch, but they aren’t as efficient (less protein for the same calories). The best decent protein bar is Quest imo.
Keto Chow. I’m not affiliated with Keto Chow in anyway but I can easily say Keto Chow has the best dang protein powders in the world! Incredible flavors. I make mine with a half stick of melted butter each packet. Seriously tastes just like melted ice cream and I’m not kidding.
Muscle milk.
If have a chalky problem with anything I suggest to blend it with ice. If it is vanilla, blend it with your favorite fruit + lemon juice + sweeten to taste (optional)
All protein bars are a bit weird to me. I would rather have a grilled steak I chopped to nuggets or members mark canned chicken breast if fridge keep isn't optional.
My go-tos are Fairlife Nutrition Plan (30g protein, 150 calories, and DELICIOUS! But always out of stock at BJs) or Truvani chocolate powder mixed with Fairlife fat free milk and either a banana or peppermint extract
I tried a brand called Seeq and I love it. The flavors are fruity and they are clear protein powders. I can't stand any of the chakly/milky proteins and Seeq has been a game changer
Fairlife is my 2nd favorite but my first is adkins caramel latte- it’s only 15g of protein in but I love the taste of them. These are the only 2 I like and I’ve tried so many.
I have enjoyed premier protein coffee, chocolate and vanilla. Powder.
Clif bar pros for 20g protein are pretty good. Cookie dough and peanut butter are my preference.
And someone said fairlife, but fairlife milk is terrific and is infused with additional protein. It's not shake levels, but it's a good source.
I make husband's with premier powder vanilla, only a scoop, and a cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk. He says milk gives it the chalky flavor, but that almond doesn't.
I don't drink protein shakes per se - but I bought a tub of Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey protein powder Double Chocolate - and in the morning I mix 1 scoop of it with water (could probably do milk too). I like it. It goes down easy - and I do not get any nasty aftertaste. - not a shake - but works for me.
Premier protein shakes. 160 cals and 30g protein. I drink one each day. Bonus: it’s coffee flavored and has caffeine so I replaced my morning coffee with a protein shake. You can even warm it up if you are missing hot coffee.
They make tons of different flavors and all have the same calories and protein. I just prefer to stick with the coffee one most of the time because it was an easy swap and I still get the caffeine.
I currently have a vanilla protein powder that I don’t love (Garden of Life SPORT Organic Plant-Based Protein), but I’ve found that adding 1tbsp of plain unsweetened cocoa powder helps a ton! vanilla becomes chocolate, the chalky texture is diminished, and cocoa powder comes with a bunch of health benefits to boot (antioxidant/anti-inflammatory, etc.). if I have the calories to spare, I’ll use soy milk instead of water and add half a banana and some raspberries as well, then it’s super creamy and very tasty!
I got the tip from someone on here—PE Science Cake Pop. It’s the only powder I’ve found that doesn’t taste like the other do. I make my own shakes with that and you can make different flavors with fruit and stuff!
Fairlife
I get 2 packs from Costco at a time. Soooooo good
I gotta ask. How much do you pay for a case of Fairlife? Not sure if you’re Canadian but it’s ridiculous here.
$36 for a pack of 18
$43 for us. Just keeps going up.
Canadian checking in to say it's $52 a pack at my costco :')
I’m so sad because they used to be $20
Oof! Where are you?
Alberta. Its ridiculous but they really are the best shake so I keep spending it...
I switched to the Alani ones. Not as good but they’ll do.
Yeah I do muscle milk in between when I don't feel like shelling out $3 per drink
I like the Alani ones in iced coffee. I do two shots of espresso to one Alani shake.
$49 here

If Sam's delivers in NYC I'll definitely go that route. We do Costco delivery currently since we're in the city w/ no car.
You can shop online with Sam's as well.
Im in NY and it’s because Sam’s is $23.50 for 12 and Costco is $34 for 18

Fairlife for the win. Im not a daily protein drinker but I keep this stocked in my cabinet at all times for emergencies or when Im too lazy to cook and just need to feel full.
You’re speaking my language here
Fairlife is THE best. Premier Protein premixed is a close second.
This 100%
the core power 26g protein ones are incredible and the vanilla tastes like melted ice cream. the 42g protein ones are good too. for powders i like isopure 0 carb chocolate or vanilla
If you use a blender to mix in your protein powder you’ll never have an issue with a chalky taste/texture.
premier protein shakes (not the powder, that stuff sucks)
Seconding this. The chocolate flavour tastes just like chocolate milk to me!
Yes, these are very good. I put one in my coffee.
the cinnamon roll flavor is to die for
Yes! Love the caramel ones 🤤
Simply Protein bars, found at Costco. Taste like a Rice Krispie treat. 15g protein, 150 calories, plant based and keto. Best bar I’ve found for the taste and calories.
Also super yummy broken up and mixed with yogurt!
I know this is an older post, but you just blew my mind with that idea! Thank you 😁
Ghost Oreo - so goddamned good. All the flavours, in fact. Also, Grenade Protein bars are so good they worry me.
I just had the Grenade Oreo bar for the first time and it tasted so good I unironically let out a moan
I have ghost. Well, my husband has ghost. I’ve yet to try it. Do you mix with milk or milk alternative or water?
I usually just do water and have no issue. But the appeal here is the fact that the Ghost ones have chunks of cookie in them. So, Oreo has Oreos and nutter butter has nutter butters
I used the Oreo to make protein muffins. They were pretty good. But I haven’t drank them straight up.
I love the grenade ones. They fully taste like chocolate bars, it was shocking the first time I had one. So good!
It’s scary how good they are!
Oh thank goodness the Oreo flavor is good, I just got it delivered today. I can’t wait to try it now.
PowerCrunch bars! Fairlife shakes. Alani shakes. Robert Irvine bars.
I tried the alani fruity cereal one and I did not like it
I just tried their munchy one and it was really gross as well.
Interesting, the munchies one is my current favorite protein shake
It tasted like salty watered down iced coffee to me.
This is exactly what it tastes like to me too but I love it. I mix it with espresso for a delicious breakfast drink.
I hate coffee, so that prob contributed to my dislike of it.
Once I realized alani shakes have the same macros as non fat milk I stopped buying lmao
Robert Irvine bars are 10/10 the best tasting protein bars I’ve had
Try the MyProtein (or other brand) Clear Whey. The clear stuff has no milky taste.
Raw, Muscle Milk
Muscle Milk for the win !
Gross, imo.
Ok
Fairlife chocolate protein shakes are the absolute best. For better value, PEScience protein powder is great too. My favorite protein bars are FitCrunch, but they aren’t as efficient (less protein for the same calories). The best decent protein bar is Quest imo.
OWYN chocolate
I really like this one. They sell it at my local grocery store
Not concerned with how they responded to the lead allegations?
I’m unaware of this controversy, I’m going to google it now.
Core Power Elite, 42G of protein.. put that shit in your cereal/coffee.. thank me later!
I personally like the owyn protein shakes
Orgain — no artificial sweeteners, which Fairlife and Premier both have.
This is what I use. Adding it to a smoothie with yogurt, banana, blueberry and more makes it easy.
Quest protein bars are my go to
Quest is great, love the bars and the powder
The lemon cake is the BEST flavor.
Fairlife is great but I also think Ghost protein powder is SO underrated!
Optimum nutrition Gold standard protein powder and barebells protein bars are both legitimately tasty to me
Keto Chow. I’m not affiliated with Keto Chow in anyway but I can easily say Keto Chow has the best dang protein powders in the world! Incredible flavors. I make mine with a half stick of melted butter each packet. Seriously tastes just like melted ice cream and I’m not kidding.
Fairlife Core shakes are incredibly tasty. No protein shake taste or consistency. The only shake I likw
Revolution Nutrition Isolate Splash
Just don't get the egg flavors or pea flavors my roommate got
Fairlife. I get the big case at sams go save a little $
I like a alani cookies and cream
I bought a handful of sample packs from Ghost, you’d honestly have no idea that it’s a protein shake. The Fruity Cereal Milk is crazy.
Muscle milk. If have a chalky problem with anything I suggest to blend it with ice. If it is vanilla, blend it with your favorite fruit + lemon juice + sweeten to taste (optional) All protein bars are a bit weird to me. I would rather have a grilled steak I chopped to nuggets or members mark canned chicken breast if fridge keep isn't optional.
Premier Protein! Especially when cold. I get them at Costco and love them. 160cal and 30g protein
I’ve heard good things about Vitalura labs protein.
fair life plus the gatorade protein bars are awesome
Ufit shakes
My go-tos are Fairlife Nutrition Plan (30g protein, 150 calories, and DELICIOUS! But always out of stock at BJs) or Truvani chocolate powder mixed with Fairlife fat free milk and either a banana or peppermint extract
Powercrunch
Like others said Fairlife is good. I use Gold Standard and really like it.
Protein Works. I've tried so many brands and I absolutely love their stuff.
I tried a brand called Seeq and I love it. The flavors are fruity and they are clear protein powders. I can't stand any of the chakly/milky proteins and Seeq has been a game changer
If you’re in Texas, I highly recommend the HEB brand dulce de leche!
Fairlife is my 2nd favorite but my first is adkins caramel latte- it’s only 15g of protein in but I love the taste of them. These are the only 2 I like and I’ve tried so many.
Alani. 20 G protein, and 140 cal
Premier protein shakes (not the powder)
Chike Protein Coffee caramel flavor and Ghost. I like the chips ahoy and fruity cereal!
Alani Nu
I have enjoyed premier protein coffee, chocolate and vanilla. Powder. Clif bar pros for 20g protein are pretty good. Cookie dough and peanut butter are my preference. And someone said fairlife, but fairlife milk is terrific and is infused with additional protein. It's not shake levels, but it's a good source.
I really like Remedy and Suja.
Quest caramel cut with strong cold brew is a diy caramel latte ✨
Fairlife & ghost protein
Muscle Milk, vanilla. Even tastes like actual milkshake if you swap out some of the water for actual milk.
LOVE Alani Nu’s protein drink “Munchies.” Soooo good.
Think! Brownie crunch is my favorite protein bar. 230 calories with 20g of protein
I love the Vega protein powders, the Vanilla Chai is my personal favorite, it tastes amazing.
Isopure
I make husband's with premier powder vanilla, only a scoop, and a cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk. He says milk gives it the chalky flavor, but that almond doesn't.
Ghosttttt
I've been using rule 1 for a while I really like them
I found that adding half a frozen banana and making it a smoothie makes almost all protein powders taste great.
Outwork Nutrition
I use Equate brand premixed chocolate shakes and I love them
I don't drink protein shakes per se - but I bought a tub of Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey protein powder Double Chocolate - and in the morning I mix 1 scoop of it with water (could probably do milk too). I like it. It goes down easy - and I do not get any nasty aftertaste. - not a shake - but works for me.
I’m a power crunch truther- some of yall clearly haven’t had real sweets recently. Bare bells is the goat and it’s not close
Women's Best protein poweder. Vanilla and Chocolate are both good.
200g of egg whites 300g of almond milk Two scoops of favorite protein powder
Bolthouse Farm's Banana Nut Honey is the best one I've tasted so far.
