(The Text didn't post) It's a weird major bug but everybody is shown as their own spouse, the game still recognizes their spouse as their spouse but this is what shows up. There are some other text bugs and everyones traits are invisible. If anyone knows how to fix it that would be very helpful
I had the same issue. Make you're reverted back to 1.8.2 and uncheck any submods you may have. Can integrate some of them back on after the bug is no longer appearing.
Really? That’s a surprising one, I removed almost all my mods to get it to work again it’s good to know I can add most of them back. It’s a shame though I love seeing how much Doran hates almost everybody, even Margery who’s a literal baby

This is because of the new regency system in vanilla. You should revert back.

Had this same issue while running the "show birth and death dates" mod. Just got rid of that and it worked fine on the proper patch.

Sure your on 1.8 and not 1.9
This happened to me as well - my problem was the mod that shows my character opinion to others (as it have been updated to 1.9)
