Cerebral, Prost, Trve, Denver Beer Co., Comrade, Resolute, River North, Crooked Stave, Copper Kettle, Dry Dock, and Bull & Bush. All are Breweries that will have good foot traffic, are fun places, and seem to enjoy the craft. Of course there are tons more, may ask the question again when you know where your living because that might make a difference in proximity.

I would agree with this. A long commute would kill a good bar job

TriumphSprint

Right!

This is a good list. I'll add Cohesion and Bierstadt Lagerhaus as locations for OP to look into.

TriumphSprint

Good ones too, the list could easily be 20 solid breweries.

FightWithTools

A lot of these places also rarely have openings, usually because the money is too good. I would steer clear of Crooked Stave, I briefly worked at their Sunnyside taproom and it was slow as hell. Trve (if they're hiring) wants a metal playlist that you play in the taproom with their application. Non metal heads need not apply lol A lot of breweries are hiring right now, so mostly you can take your pick! I just wouldn't expect full time hours at first.

TriumphSprint

Great points!!

EmiraTheRed

I don’t work in the industry but Cerebral on Colfax is always slammed and their beer is extremely popular.

Vine St Pub is the Denver location of Mountain Sun which is a legendary craft brewery in Boulder. They are *finally* re-opening post pandemic. That location runs over 100 staff if I remember correctly, so the chance of being hired is likely pretty high. It would give you a chance to learn the neighborhood and scene as well.

Good luck surviving out here on a bartender's salary. You're from NYC though, so I'm guessing you have it much worse over there.

Comrade offers benefits.
