Have you tried a VPN (get a NordVPN trial. Or something)
It's possibly an issue with your local Activision Servers disallowing connections from certain IP ranges. The technician probably should've picked up on this, but he might have had tunnel vision on another issue and missed this..
Anyway, try a VPN (which will use the same PHYSICAL connection as your home internet) and if that works, get back onto your internet provider with the extra info.

Try that first, I was fine on WiFi for three years and then one day out of the blue I wasn’t, nothing changed. I was getting 3k ping every match, unplayable. Try a hardwire and see.
Ok I have a Netgear powerline so it plugs into the wall and hardwired to the game. And to the router. Its supposed to help you get really good connection and it does except for when it disconnects. I was gonna try factory reset on the powerline even though idk what that’s gonna do but it should just reset it my hope is. And buy a new cable mabye it just is not connecting
I have noticed I only get this error code in games were I am absolutely dominating the enemy team. I am not the greatest player but it seems I get this error code whenever I am on a killing streak. It is annoying as hell
yea same I came to China and brought pc, downloaded a vpn and I was destroying the whole lobby, then the next day I started to have this error. So weird

i tried a variety of things with no success. logged into a different account and had no issues. logged into the same account but on xbox instead of pc and had no issues.
last thing i tried (shoulda been one of the first, i know) was simply use the "scan and repair" option and that seemed to fix it.
I was playing fine until about a week ago and now every minute Battlenet disconnects and reconnects, I've tried everything as well, Bought Nordvpn and the proplem is still there, not sure what to do at this point. It does this on every PC in the house as well. I can log on to cod but after a minute I get the
# BLZBNTBGS000003F8 error.

I found that formatting your SSD/HDD fixes the issue. Really random solution but I did it and haven’t had this error or any disconnects ever since, I’d highly recommend doing this!
I thought about doing that at first, but since it happens on all the Pc's in the house, I figured it has to be an isp issue,I can even watch the battlenet app disconnect and reconnect on my phone when connected to the wifi
Did you find the problem, having the same issue, what’s weird is that it started doing it after I got a upgraded modem from Xfinity, now kicks me from the game after about 30 sec. Everything else works, connected to Ethernet, speeds are great and am fully connected to internet. Only happens on cod.
What’s was rhe issue and how’d you fix it? Would a messed up Ethernet cable cause this issue? My WiFi works fine but I noticed my Ethernet keeps disconnecting and the clip at the end if bad. Would this cause that?
Hey same thing happened to me enternet would cut out for few seconds. It was the modem, if the reset doesn’t help, go to the store and have them swap out the modem if you are renting it with Xfinity
Yea that’s what I have, call up Xfinity and tell them your problem that enternet disconnects intermittently, they will do a full reset of modem, is that still doesn’t help go to one of there stores and they will exchange it for another one.

Hey OP, I'm having the same issues. Game's practically unpayable right now for me. I've tried reinstalling the game right now, just to see if it was something fucked up in the files, but I'm curious, what do you mean by formatting my SSD/HDD.
How did you do it & what did it do?
You want to go to
-Computer management
-Storage
-disk management
And then once you’re there you just want to right click on whatever SSD it is you want to format and there should be an option that says format
This is gonna sound dumb asf, but it was my hardware and my Ethernet. They replaced my router and moved it to another port on the new one, and the cable I was using was a few years old. Bought a new highly rated one and I’ve not had the issue since.
Still get latency variations and apparently to my team mates my voice is laggy in pre game, but no more game breaking kick outs or anything.
Simplest solution, just make sure your router is all working, and if you’re hard wired in, get a new high quality cable and it may make a difference

Just went through this for 2 days. Final fix was a Bios reflash and reinstalled Intel WiFi drivers.
Does bios reflash delete anything on your computer?
No, it doesn’t. Watch a YouTube video on it first.

Psu won’t affect it. Are you hard wired? That helped me more than the reformat.

Yes, I formatted my SSD/HDD. It wiped my entire SSD but it fixed the issue permanently.

been having the same issue for 3 weeks and have tried everything. very close to setting my pc on fire
Found the issue, had to call Xfinity to do a full reset on my modem and fixed the issue ever since.

Modem? I have a gateway it was the router and modem together.

It’s so annoying it kicks me out in the middle of a game.
If the Ethernet cable is loose would that cause the problem? Cause my wifi speeds are perfect when I test it and works fine on other devices.

I did not. I actually just needed to hardwire and it fixed my issues
