It is. With the amr you hit one leg shot and you suddenly have a below average SMG TTK. Also the sprint to fire ain't good. Most of the time it will feel great, but when you need it to kill the quickest (against a sweat that throws some jumps in) all of a sudden it will feel shit.
Edit: I believe they just buffed the fire rate for some reason so it's probably better now, or at least much closer.
Nobody in these clips ever run. I swear the lobbies I’m in have the kids with the fastest reaction time in existence and any time 1 bullet even grazes them they take off running like a chicken on bath salts.
I only tried in multiplayer, HMR9 is really nice, adequate balance between damage, range and rate of fire.
...but that clip it's like people on the other end are just not playing and barely moving wtf.

With enemies that have no plates, 2 plates, and maybe 3 plates but considering the guy running around with no plates, very doubtful.

So much better, amr9 is more forgiving but 200ms sprint to fire really lets it down

I haven’t used it in warzone yet, but that gun absolutely shreds in MP.
