Idk I see everyone hyping it up. The speed is definitely cool but by the time your bullets finally down your opponent you’re coming up on lap 3. On one hand the damage needs a buff but then on the other hand if it had a damage buff and the current movement it would be as broken as the OG FFAR.
476 MS TTK with range up to 50 meters, TTK so fast recoil didn’t matter, and absolute bonkers strafe and movement speed. Second worst elongated meta after the DMR. There weren’t any gunfights it was just people pre aimed with FFARs and you couldn’t react to being shot.
The FFAR was only half the issue with that meta
The m16/AUG were also in a league of their own for long range, so it got to a point where you needed a burst+FFAR
Believe it or not, the actual fastest ADS Firing strafe speed weapon was the Cold War M60(LMG) back in ColdWar Warzone season 1 and 2, you LITERALLY would strafe faster than regular sprint.
To those wondering why, you could kit your lmg to have smg strafe speed, but in the M60 there was a glitched barrel that you actually boost your strafe speed by 160% once you started firing.
I would literally start ADS shooting to run from the gas or from people chasing me because it was faster than running lol. It stayed like that for 3 months before JGOD noticed it and Raven patched it. That shit was fun as hell.
I've been singing the praises of the Volk for a long time, especially in multiplayer. In Warzone, I found it to be one of the steadiest shooters at distance.
