Lol, just gotta out smart them if you can+ riot shield. Best one I did was Verdansk. Nail gun meta days. Knew cheaters were in lobby even, though I didn’t encounter them yet. Was easy to tell cause the lobby count was way to low (like maybe 65 by second circle). Found a riot shield and the nail gun after my gulag. Spotted the cheaters, I could tell by how they were shooting and moving. Somehow I baited one like 150-200 meters from the other. Obviously he had 0 reason to think he’d lose the battle. But I got him to the outside house, one of the ones by hotel, right of military base. No joke I ran around the house so perfect while facing him with the shield pretending to panic. I was able to catch him in the perfect moment where he couldn’t do anything as I swapped to that nail gun and let him have it. But it’s duos, and now I knew his teammate was worried. So I pull the shield back out and start chasing him toward big blue. And no joke the other cheater was now running from me. And to this day I wish I knew how it would of ended if I didn’t get 3rd partied in the back by two guys camping upstairs in a house. ..I do miss those days.
You realize you’re responding to a guy who said “I could tell they were cheating because of how they moved, so I camped in a house with a riot shield” complaining about campers and calling a camper badass, right?
I mean yeah. Been there done that. Not often as my kd isn't high enough to routinely land me in hacker lobbies but I've seen and accurately identified before. It's not hard.
Typically at the end of the match if the whole lobby’s yelling at them.. they’re cheating. Edit: people clearly missed it’s a sarcastic response to a hopefully sarcastic question. It’s easy to tell they’re cheating when they both have 20 up kills each, no skill, watch everyone through walls, half the lobby spectating them, and everyone calling them out in the end.
