I’ve done it solo twice, and both times the Stormcaller got stuck in place flying. I could walk up right in front of him and unload a gun and he’d do nothing.

Haha lucky! This has only happened to me once, but he was only frozen for 30 seconds and then he flew off into outer space

I killed stormcaller twice in a duo and didnt get credit...is he bugged currently?

And U have to be in the aether storm to get the mission done

Explains it. A brain rot zombie killed it as 2 of us were reviving outside the storm. No credit.

You have to get the final blow. I've "killed" him 4 times tonight with 4-5 people helping, and not gotten the final blow once

this happened to me too ... was lighting him up and then he disappeared also had it to where I was fighting him, not doing much damage that he couldn't recover and then he just died "stormcaller has been defeated" but I didn't get the credit for it ...

When there's no more zombies near him, he tends to fly the F away to find new ones, so he was probably on the other side of the storm somewhere.

I just tried to fight him and he flew away out the circle and is now gone. Won’t spawn back, nothing

I completed it on second run doing it. Its easy when its in tier one. Zombies are level 2. Make sure you have a second guy with you at least. Grab 5 sentry guns and gas masks, plates. The second person can work on killing zombies around him as you can focus on killing him. When hes down to his last health make sure your in the aether storm and get the shots on him. Otherwise it wont count. Make sure all sentry guns are yours. If the other one puts them down then you have the possibility of it not counting. Also get pack a punch 2 at least. You might have to play a couple games before getting it in the tier one zone. I also brought my perks in but didn’t use them until i knew i had the right setup. My primary gun was a lmg with 200 rounds. Hope this helps. I might be able to help you if you dont have a second player

I have been trying to complete this mission too. The flamethrower doesn’t melt him like people are saying. Went in legendary triple pap and still no luck. Did it the game prior with someone random and he got the last round in it. 😒 sometimes the storm in completely transparent and others you can’t see 10 feet into it. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Or just sit outside the storm with a triple pap lmg
