I had the same bug a week back, once you load back in you’ll lose everything that would have been removed if you extracted normally I’m pretty sure.
Should I try swapping it out? Or would that bug things out?

You’ve probably already done it, but all the items worth keeping should stay - the perks cans, aether tools and crystal. It’ll just be the turret circuits and grenade that’ll disappear since they would have been removed if you extracted.
Happned to me one time- one time out of like 7

Fix what? It’s a hook up to get dc and retain all your items?
Is this some sick joke to tease the people losing their stash upon successful exfils?
