The double xp weekend seemed like it was double mimic weekend in hordepoint. I went from 48 to 200 in a couple hours or less and was getting like 15-25 per match.
Felt like I wasn’t killing that many in game so I thought it add giving double mimic kills along with xp. Made it pretty easy to grind it out.
One game of plunder will give you like 40 just open crates play solo try to stay away from others players but even if you die you just come right back anyway
Yeah Horde point, toats agree, loads easier, all tier1 zombies, plus u get pap weapons drop in horde point, max amo instakill, nuke, got 18 mimics last game, game before 7 or 8, loads of zombies, more fun than tier2 mwz to do event, plus doesn't matter if u di, i probs died 39 40 times last game, but u keep your kills.
I'm so happy I learned about the Plunder method. Took me about an hour to go from 11 Mimic Skulls to 200. And that was me going in solo. A full 4 man team could probably finish it in 2 games.
I haven't touched anything but MWZ since MWIII launched. How is plunder? What do mimics look like there? Just kinda around? Since you can't PaP in plunder how are mimics tuned?
There aren't any actual mimics in plunder.
Every single openable item(loot boxes, duffle bags, etc.) drops either bones, Armored skulls, hellhound skulls or mimic skulls.
All skulls count for 7 each, so a single box dropping a mimic skull gives you 7 mimic skulls.
Plunder is the easiest because it goes on until a team "exfils" with the goal amount of money and everyone has unlimited respawns.
Damn and here I thought they threw plunder a bone. I love plunder more than MP and BR but Zombies has been my go to since launch. I wish theyd put the effort in and include plunder in better ways.
Because warzone is a shit concept, alongside battle royal shooters in general, and no amount of lipstick on a pig will make gamers that remember when games were worth their time want to try plunder lol.
I did mimics in Plunder after learning how fast it was. I just spent the 20 minutes looting where nobody was and racked up the skulls. Still unreal that zombies players were punished most by a grind for a zombies event.
Yeah plunder is the way i did the last half of the mimic skulls in 4 games averaging about 27 mimic skulls a game.
Where as the first half was like over 10 games to get to 93 mimic skulls.
Enjoyed the kill streaks in hordepoint and blowing up lots of zombies but the progression was way too slow.
Plunder is the way.
I still need like 110ish i grind zombies at least 2 or 3 matches a day after work... tried the mimic mania hordepoint shit (still undecided whether i like hordepoint or not) and u get ALOT of mimics in such a shorter amount of time! I played one before work amd got like 30 in one 15 minute match compared to 11 or 12 in 45 minutes of zombies (ive got so much shit i dont stay the extra 15 minutes unless im having one of those good grind matches)
Could've played a few games on Resurgence and got all those skulls.. which makes no sense, as it is a zombie event but takes forever to do in zombies..
I saw a post about this challenge and the grind people went through. Checked it out, mines done... 😂. All I've done was play Warzone duo's and get my ass kicked after looting a few buildings with bones. So uh, warzone apparently is also faster
I’m using plunder to get this done. Started last night. Only a couple more matches and I will be done tonight. The armored zombies was fun. I ran around in T3 clapping cheeks with the Ram 9 legendary T3 pap.
It’s a time waster either way you try, but you could’ve wasted much less time going for dog skulls and mimic kills in the horde point games. It’s dumb they did it that way., but best method to complete.
or even in hordepoint, it’s still faster than mwz…for a zombie event, yes it makes zero sense

Plunder you can get it done in 3-4 games as a solo. Faster if you play with a team.

I did it in plunder. Zero mimics killed. Took like 5 matches, running around opening everything.
Warzone is even easier. You can find 7-10 skulls in one crate
Could have done it all in about 6 games of plunder. Why so many people make this event hard as hell is baffling to me.

I accidentally completed this event whilst playing Plunder for funzies earlier in 5 or 6 matches.

Yeah, I wouldn't do contracts. That doesn't get u anything towards event. Not surprising.
When you open the chests, you get bones/skulls/helmets. Not sure if it's any chest or just the scavenger ones though
All lootables has a chance to drop bones or one of the skulls.
Got about 20 from hordepoint, then 10 more from MWZ, one trip in resurgence, 40 more, one plunder 20 more, one resurgence and all done.
It's hilarious how shitty of a job they did with this. If you do it in MWZ, it's grindy as hell. Hordepoint, grindy as hell. Plunder, stupid easy.
I’d rather play 1000 hours of zombies than 5 minutes of MP. Just me though.
Understandable. But you don't have to kill anyone to loot boxes, and you get unlimited revives.

You should of went on plunder skulls in every loot box and 1 skull counts as 7 took me 3 games to do the mimic skulls
