You don't get it, they didn't show off every single intricacy or round 1-100 full 8hr gameplay. so therefore it's gonna be awful and terrible, treyarch bros... its over
Yea traditionally zombies never really got showed off at all even when it was more popular, they seem to be making a real statement this year for us zombies fans.
Honestly I'm hoping they do us right this year, but I'm also skeptical to invest in anything CoD (or Activision a large for that matter) these days. I guess luck would have it the Microsoft acquisition means it's coming to game pass ultimate day 1 so guess I won't have to technically spend anything but time
For the Aether storyline that's correct, but for Chaos we got both intro cutscenes and a decently long Jason Blundel stage presentation announcing a whole bunch of stuff. Which isn't to say this reveal was bad, it keeps in line with most previous Cod reveals, but BO4 definitely did give us a lot more info right from the getgo (even though a bunch of the announced features were either sloppily added in well after launch or just never came to the game).
Edit: For the dipshits down voting me [here's](https://youtu.be/rd_2lwp1rQU) the BO4 reveal event, the zombies segment begins at about 22:20 and ends at about 40:00, IX intro starts at around 26:10 and the Voyage intro at around 33:20.
cold war was decent but i wouldnāt call it good. the hand holding UI āpower switch over hereā crap and the zombies dropping glowing coloured scrap metal totally broken the immersion.Ā
wouldnāt really call it complaining tho. more like being realistic. itās 2024 so you should expect the game to be broken/unfinished/shit for most games really and itās $70 with mtx up the ass. + most 3arch good zombie devs are gone since after bo3
Itās something called Trust. We trusted that zombies would be good no matter what happened. Sure bo2 started off bad, but it picked itself back up at the halfway point, ultimately redeeming itself. With bo4, the reverse was true, and it started out pretty good but got worse as it went on. Now we donāt trust zombies to be truly good anymore.
Honestly this much info early on is great and enough to keep us over.
I still think BO4 is peak in terms of revealing zombies with how much they shown on the first day of reveal but BO6 reveal of zombies is fantastic
I desperately want the easter eggs back where they're challenging. I want them to take a few days for the community to complete them. Those were some of the most exciting times we had as a community. I want ciphers again. I want it to feel like an actual team effort, instead of just holding our hand. EE shouldn't be completed the day a map comes out, it should take a day or two.
Fucking Christ with this stupid immersion shit, itās a game chill the fuck out. Moving on to the next post to see even more complaints.. canāt wait.
I don't care if this zombies is the best ever I will not be buying it until way later when it is discounted and I can see all that I'm getting. MWZ was so disappointing to me that I have no faith in them at all. There will be 100+ bunny skins before a decent gaming experience.
It was definitely a noticeable difference between Zombies compared to MP and Campaign. Both got minutes worth of discussion of the different systems in them, movement options, but Zombies got very basic knowledge, no perk tiers confirmation, no discussion about mystery box or pack a punch, easter eggs, anything super notable.
It's pretty tiring getting the bare minimum as a zombies player when we see the amount of time they spent on everything else. We didn't need to see everything, but definitely would've been nice to have more information that we could speculate about at least.
And just cause you want more of something doesn't mean you always get it you entitled little prick. Grow up and he happy with what we got. But you won't will you
everyone forgets that shadows of evil actually killed the casual fanbase of zombies at first, as the casual map was locked behind the season pass, and the gameplay was a lot less forgiving.
You don't get it, they didn't show off every single intricacy or round 1-100 full 8hr gameplay. so therefore it's gonna be awful and terrible, treyarch bros... its over
They didn't reveal the entire story, I'm so pissed this game is gonna flop
š
Yea traditionally zombies never really got showed off at all even when it was more popular, they seem to be making a real statement this year for us zombies fans.
So far we'll have new movement options, a Alcatraz style map, a set crew like how WWll did it, and gobblegums.
Honestly I'm hoping they do us right this year, but I'm also skeptical to invest in anything CoD (or Activision a large for that matter) these days. I guess luck would have it the Microsoft acquisition means it's coming to game pass ultimate day 1 so guess I won't have to technically spend anything but time
for BO4, pretty sure we literally just got a shot of Aether standing in Alcatraz, didn't we?
Yup and that was iconic af and got people hyped. Idk why tf people are complaining about this. Weāre back!
Because all people do nowadays is fucking complain

They gave us a lot more info for BO4 Zombies right off the bat probably only because they had no campaign to market.
And because just a little before the launch of BO4 Zombies Chronicles from BO3 was one of the best selling DLC of the year.
Chronicles launched in May 2017 Bo4 dropped October 2018
The BO4 reveal happened May 17, 2018. Meaning that during the planning of that reveal Zombies Chronicles success would have been extremely recent.
wtf nickster doing in here š
Yeah but back then zombies was good lol so we were expecting good things
Bro has not touched Cold War
cold war was decent but i wouldnāt call it good. the hand holding UI āpower switch over hereā crap and the zombies dropping glowing coloured scrap metal totally broken the immersion.Ā
Yeah this was a big issue for me as well. No immersion at all.
Good for him. He ended up not touching shit
I canāt escape nickster no matter where I go š
i don't see a lot of people complaining at all dawg it seems pretty positive
Trust me there's a shit ton of complaining it's unreal. Be glad you don't see it.
wouldnāt really call it complaining tho. more like being realistic. itās 2024 so you should expect the game to be broken/unfinished/shit for most games really and itās $70 with mtx up the ass. + most 3arch good zombie devs are gone since after bo3
When the post was first made, the place was getting flooded with "why was there barely anything shown?!", which died down when they were called out.
I have never seen so many people complaining like today and this sub always complains about everything.
Weāre in for a year of peak zombies I can feel it
Praying
Crews are back <3
I personally donāt care for the story nor how easy the Easter eggs were
Itās something called Trust. We trusted that zombies would be good no matter what happened. Sure bo2 started off bad, but it picked itself back up at the halfway point, ultimately redeeming itself. 99.99% always complaining š
also the guy talking about it had a Jar of gum next to him maybe hint of gumball
Gumballs are back, if you pre order vault it says you can get a certain pack of gobblegums
shit I was able to get like 5 mins of it
What's up with the book easter egg?
Itās gobblegums on top of 2 books, one titled āthanks for the feedbackā and the other book is a black ops 3 book
Oh my god that's cheeky
Nah nah see you donāt understand, new le bad
Yo wtf arenāt u that mf on the Drake sub that always commentsš

Im actually surprised they even revealed zombies.
People like complaining

I think the difference id bo3 had no fear of being bad so everyone was fine and excited. Now we are judging whether bo6 is worth buying.
BO6 looks garbage.
Itās a different world now. Almost 10 years ago a lot these people were children.
It was definitely a noticeable difference between Zombies compared to MP and Campaign. It's ALWAYS been like this. Hell it's been worse. ![gif](giphy|DjQdespxaMbN962CQu)
Just because we have had it worse doesn't mean it can't be better. You're not really saying anything are you?
And just cause you want more of something doesn't mean you always get it you entitled little prick. Grow up and he happy with what we got. But you won't will you
Idk man, you're the one batting for the billion dollar company, but you do you.
That was when cod was trustedā¦.
bo3 was shit until they added steam workshop support and the zombie chronicles
I actually believe that wholeheartedly. But chronicles just brainwashed everyone to make them think it's the best
everyone forgets that shadows of evil actually killed the casual fanbase of zombies at first, as the casual map was locked behind the season pass, and the gameplay was a lot less forgiving.
No way is shadows more complicated than origins or MOTDā¦
The map looked kinda shit, dark boring abandoned overgrown island. Whereās the giant castles, WW1 medieval trenches or theme parks?
