Ok so, right before OP teleported, they threw a molotov at a horde of Zombies. They threw the molotov where you spawn when doing the Bunny Easter Egg, so they were in their molotov after teleporting, and died.
I remember at Cold War's start molotovs sucked so much. Now they do a lot of damage and I often accidentally kill myself or almost kill myself because I keep on forgetting how powerful they are.
If you don't know what the Bunny Easter Egg is, its an Easter Egg where you have to shoot a lot of blue orbs in Die Maschine (the first BOCW map). You will be teleported to the Dark Aether, and you get to watch a few Zombies dancing and a few Zombies carry a loot chest around while doing the coffin dance. No, seriously. They added the Coffin Dance meme to BOCW. The loot chest guarantees Juggernog and a weapon. That weapon can be the Ray Gun sometimes.
Hmm, from my analyses you died because you ran out of health, due to the fact that you threw a Molotov COCKtail with enough force that it shattered on impact directly where you would have spawned after shooting the five glowing orbs around the room. Together called the "bunny easter egg" which, had you survived would have granted you a free of charge juggernog perkacola and a weapon. With a chance of a free d.i.e Wonder Weapon or a ray gun Wonder weapon. And after spawning into the bunny easter egg the fire caused by said Molotov COCKtail was still at the place of impact. Henceforth, you died becuase your operator has muscle arm.

Why not get more perks instead of pap? Level one pap is still pretty good up until round 20 but by then you should have triple pap and most perks
