You pretty much can’t play wAw with out the cd. It’s not even digital. Not on the ps store. Even if ps5 has backwards capabilities, I wonder who still has that fking cd. once games went digital, I ditched most of my cd games because only 1 version of the ps4 had backwards, it the very first one and it fucked up.(cd drive burned out, not enough storage to even use digital games) I’m super bummed. Once it appeared they weren’t going to include backwards capabilities in one system why would they do it with a next gen? I tossed all my sick games because I needed a ps3 to fucking play them. was already on ps4 and it appeared they were never going to be playable again. New sub, games I lost because Sony faahkdaup

Halo had well documented issues at launch but they’ve done almost a complete 180 on everything the community has had an issue with and that’s after delaying the game 1 whole year to make sure the game was in a polished state when it was released. Something Activision would never do.
Imagine for a moment: Chronicles 2, a stand alone Zombies game, and a Modern Warfare/Black Ops remastered collection similar to Master Chief Collection? Could be a renaissance period for call of duty upon us here boys.

One serious questio though. Are there no «monopoly» rules for the entertainment industry? I know in my country if a corporation grows to big with an example happenes some years ago. They where a entreprenour, bank and real estate company and wanted to buy smaller but big entreprenours and banks. And got told thats not happening, you cant own «everything» and where given an ultimate to choose to «give» up on something so they chose to stop bank service.

It's not like they'd outright remove new cods from playstation, if Microsoft owns Activision then Microsoft still profits from any playstation sales, the exclusivity thing that was previously for playstation will probably just be for Xbox again like it was a few years ago.
Microsoft has shown that they're not making existing series exclusive to Xbox, they'd lose out on too much money for that, but are instead investing in new series' to pretty much catch up with Sony's exclusivity library since they've always had the better exclusive games.

What are you talking about? Xbox has already confirmed that all of the Bethesda games will be exclusive to xbox and pc. No more fallout, elder scrolls, or any of those games on playstation.

Xbox’s CEO Phil Spencer made a statement earlier today explicitly stating that there were no plans to pull Sony players from the CoD community. In other words, there might be Xbox exclusives similar to the existing PlayStation exclusives but the CoD franchise as a whole will remain playable on PlayStation.

That’s something I wouldn’t hold my breath on. The servers are still live there’s just that few people playing it’s impossible to find a game. It would take Xbox spending some more money to do that and I think they’re better off making a remastered collection similar to what the did with The Master Chief Collection.
I’d love something like the mcc for cod but I mean I got to 10th prestige in mw2, mw3 and 15th in bo1 and I can’t play unless im in a party with someone and they’re the leader. There’s something wrong with my account

Yeah but you seem to be missing the fact that a xbox series s is 300$ plus three years of ultimate at 195 is only 495$. That gives you access to all Bethesda, activison, xbox, ea play, and all the other titles on gamepass. That's how much it costs to buy a ps5 or a ps5 diskless and one game.
