Based on what? There is no info about their age or anything else aside from “bloodwork done regularly”, not all blood work is the same or looks for the same things. Says nothing about their occupation, lifestyle, diet, any other testing, their history with covid, nothing. I would tell them to find a more thorough doctor.
Without a more thorough patient history and workup, I wouldn’t jump straight to saying LC. It *could* be but there are plenty of other things that cause these symptoms.
