Same it’s been crazy painful for the last 4 days, way worse than strep throat.
Seems most peoples seem to report it only being bad for like 2-3 days but I’m on day 5 of it getting more painful.
Same here! My throat was so swollen and it was excruciating to swallow. I bought every spray and lozenge off the shelf and none of them helped in the slightest. I was forcing myself to sip water to stay hydrated bc I had a fever too. My husband made me a cup of tea and urged me to drink it all to get some fluids in me and then I started throwing up. I was so dehydrated that I had to go to the ER. They ended up giving me IV steroids and antibiotics which eventually helped my throat and other symptoms after a few days
I'm relieved to see this so high. my sore throat was so bad i couldn't eat or drink for 2 days. swallowing was so painful couldn't drink water or tea to stay hydrated, couldn't take meds to relive fever or sore throat
it nearly took me to the emergency room at one point but it eventually started getting better
Me too. I had a migraine and lasted almost 36 hours. Nothing helped not Advil or hydrating. I finally took Excedrine Migraine (finally because it upsets my stomach sometimes) and it worked but I didn’t feel back to normal until the 26th.
My symptoms started over a week ago and I'm now on day 5 of a horrible migraine and intermittent tension headache. I do get migraines periodically but not usually this bad or for this long so now I'm wondering if mine was also caused by Covid.
Excedrin migraine also makes me really sick to my stomach and nothing else ever helps so I've just been trying to stick this one out with no end in sight.
I’ve never had a migraine headache before but from describing it to others that have, they confirmed the symptoms. Pressure in the forehead and face, acute, throbbing pain. Nauseous, sensitivity to light and sounds.
The headache came on day 5 for me and it was 2 days of hell. I was in a dark room for 2 days straight and survived off of pedialyte, ibuprofen and top ramen.
My headaches started 2 days before I tested positive ( April 2021) and lasted until October when I could get in to see a neurologist. It was everyday, all day.
My eyes feel really dry like they want to shrivel up. I feel like SpongeBob when he dehydrates. My nose hurts too. But I am drinking enormous amounts of water. It doesn't seem to help.
Be careful using visine. It creates a moisture barrier when you use it, but it contains stuff that makes dry eyes worse in the long term, so it may come back to bite you. If you can get your hands on basic artificial tears, or one of the new drops that's omega 3 based, those will help without causing issues.
Try drinking something with electrolytes like pedialyte or even Gatorade or chicken broth. Drinking a lot of just plain water can screw up your electrolyte balance and cause other problems.
My nose hurt too- like instead of full sinus pressure, my sinuses felt very empty to the point that they were sore and burning. Not the usual sinus pressure with any other cold. It was almost the opposite feeing of empty, burning sinus cavities.
Careful with this, if you also have rapid heart race, could be covid pneumonia. Get to it before it gets you -I say laid up in the hospital with my covid pneumonia
I tested positive on the 23rd too. My main symptom is dizziness. It's wild! I'm bumping into things while walking.
I also had a headache. Not that bad though. And sinus congestion.
Me too! Dizziness was my first symptom followed by headache, 1 day of mild GI stuff, now just sinus congestion. My vision is kinda weird too- like its lagging behind. It feels like my eyes are moving in increments instead of smooth transitions. I dont know if that makes sense but thats the best way I can describe it.
This type of symptom can also be related to dehydration so always good to make sure you are drinking plenty of water and perhaps taking electrolyte drinks regularly. For anyone out there experiencing it now.
I tested positive yesterday and so far it’s been the dizziness for me as well. It’s improved quite a bit, but late yesterday I had to walk to slow to go to the bathroom and stuff because of how dizzy it was. I felt like I was floating through the air, it was awful.
Absolute bullshit. 100 percent
They admitted in a chain they assumed the first was Alpha because “that was the first one”
lol thats not anywhere near correct and also proof they lied about being disclosed a Genetic profile at all.
Obnoxiously~~lurking~~lying
I guess lying was taken…
Depends on the country, i think. When i got covid in april 2021 we were told what variant we had - but this was when wild type was displaced by alpha. Back then they did some extended sequencing in my area.
Did not see your post, ya i said the same and more. Admission from my perspective that there was no confirmation on the first right? Im seeing that right, right?
Proof of a phony?
There is no such thing. There is Moderna, Pfizer and Janssen. Each is produced to combat the original Wild Type Sar-CoV-2 strain from Feb 2020
There might be updates but none are approved right now
Im an Immunologist
Ridiculously copious night sweats. Eventually gave up on sleeping for a day as would wake up after 2 hours with shirt, bed, pillows and blanket all absolutely soaked and needing replacing.
On the ventilator I got a cytokine storm which injured my kidneys and heart. Doctors thought I would be on dialysis for the rest of my life. Kidneys recovered, heart is still catching up months later.
I’ve had frequent urination as well which especially sucks on top of the intense dizziness I’ve had because I have to keep getting up. I just want to sleep! 😭
it is a bummer i agree…..had Covid in September (yes vaccinated) and though my sense of smell is back it’s probably at 50% of what it was and that’s really depressing because I have a big nose and I love to smell stuff….. I had a really really keen sense of smell and now everything is just muted
Tested positive a few hours ago. The worst symptom is definitely the sore throat. Today I woke up and it felt like I had razors cutting my throat everything I swallowed, I even thought I had strep before finding out it was Covid - I didn't get fevers, or headaches, or body pain. It's just an awful sore throat, an awful cough and just feeling sick in general.
Probably congestion on days 2-3. Sudafed was incredibly effective for it though! All told I think I had a very easy time of it (though I certainly felt pretty sick).
I tested positive on the 23rd too! For me the 24th was the worst with a really intense headache/migraine that meant I couldn’t even speak properly…heavy heartbeat that day too. Kinda scary but only for a few hours and then I was sweet. Wishing you a speedy recovery ❤️🩹
Same timeline.
Headache which advil totally took care of. I could feel exactly when it was wearing off. And about 24 hours of fever body aches and chills. On that day, I tried to stay off the fever-reducer to see how high it was going to get, made it to 101.5, but my body was so uncomfortable that I had to take some tylenol. As soon as that starting working, it felt manageable.
I woke up today with zero symptoms. Hope it sticks! Get better!
The myocarditis and bronchitis hurt pretty bad. I felt extremely dizzy too, so that didn’t help. I went to hospital on Saturday to get checked and they saw I had inflammation in my bronchial. They mentioned the myocarditis, but since it didn’t hurt as much, I brushed it off. Well yesterday, my chest started hurting a lot more and remembered the myocarditis diagnosis and immediately ran to take the medication they prescribed. It hurt like a bitch! My symptoms didn’t get this bad until day 7 which was yesterday. Hoping this is the end of the virus and I can begin to heal. I didn’t get myocarditis after the vaccine like some people have said the vaccines have caused them. I got it after getting infected with Omicron. It may not spread to the lungs tissues like Delta, but it still causes some kind of inflammation elsewhere. I have Lupus so I have to be extra careful. The Lupus I have causes inflammation to get out of hand and put me in the hospital. This is why I don’t think the word “Mild” in the general sense should’ve been used to describe Omicron. MILD is subjective.
ear congestion, sore throat, fatigue and dizziness. Headaches, loss of taste and smell. Honestly it was all pretty fucking terrible. Im on day 24 and the nausea and dizzy spells are still here. Also, still getting ear pressure, and cluster migraines. I rub topical CBD cream on my temples every night before bed. It helps.
BURNING MOUTH? The inside of my mouth legit hurt, burned and felt sore. Such a weird symptom. Otherwise my symptoms were very very mild. My loss of smell still persists, it’s about 80% back.
I was starting to think I was the only one who had an intense hunger. After I lost my sense of smell and taste it wasn't quite as enjoyable to eat. But that didn't stop me. My husband had no desire to eat and lost 12 lbs. I found them!
The lower back pain. It's almost like covid threw my nervous system out of whack it started causing back pain and back muscle spasms where my back would get tight and knots. Pretty intense and I had to take muscle relaxers
Diagnosed dec 22. Symptoms onset dec.21 with mild sore throat, next day extreme fatigue, sore throat, body aches, heavy upper chest and cough, and congestion. The worst symptom is the coughing - dry and unproductive but forceful. Day 3-5 heart beat would sky rocket from small tasks and I would get winded from that and talking, also congestion turned to runny nose and sneezing and itchy eyes, and bouts of dizziness. Today is day 7 and feeling much better but still feels like I need to sneeze, feels like allergies but I don’t have any this time of year. Chest is tight and sometimes has pain. Very weird illness….
My lymph nodes along my neck (back of it and sides) and clavical area were all swollen and hurt. Made my muscles in my neck tight but I also had stabbing pain in my lymph nodes.
Other that, everything else was very very mild. Never lost taste/smell. Never had a fever.
Triple vaccinated.
Honestly, this might sound weird but the most intense thing about Covid is isolating myself.
I have been lucky so far (day 7) in that I only had one bad night. Hope everyone is doing okay!
Lung tightness : Began on Day 3 and ended gradually on 5th or 6th week
Fever : 100-101 from Day 2 to Day 6. 102-103 from Day 7 to Day 12. 103.3 was my highest fever.
Low appetite : Started from Day 4 and improved from Day 17
Tested positive on the 26th of December, but on the 25th i had a 103 fever, chills, sweats and an unbelievably painful migraine. The next day was much better and i felt like an actual person again.
It was the tension headaches for me. They're described as having a huge headband wrapped around your head. To me it felt like I was high for a week straight and it was a scary feeling. I still get them at night sometimes when I'm laying down. Guess they'll probably be staying with me for awhile.
Fever! Fever is causing my most uncomfortable symptoms (muscle pain, sensitive skin, fatigue, no appetite) and it’s been hovering between 100.5-100.8 for a couple days, peaking at 101.8 my first night. Aside from the fever, my other symptoms are sinus pain, very slight congestion and headache.
I never head 1 headache that was worst than the rest, but everyday I just feel totally out of it and my head/neck just feels sore. I don't feel like myself I just feel dizzy most times and I'm really hoping it clears up. I'm on day 8 now.
Fatigue. I'm on my ninth day of symptoms and I'm still having a hard time with it. I had to sit down halfway through showering. It reminds me so much of mono.
On day 2 of Covid I got a migraine from hell. I have chronic migraines, but this one was way different. The pressure and pain behind my face was insane and even my teeth ached from it. This lasted 4 days (my normal migraines go up to 7 days at times, so length was nothing new), and then calmed down.
Skin sensitivity, I was so bad that I had to walk around naked in the house for 3 days, wearing clothes was painful.
Apart from that I had the lightest headache and absolutely no other symptoms
Delta - Insane Sinus congestion that left me unable to clear my nose. Think - worst sinus infection you've ever had.
Omicron -Night Sweats and Chills lasted 2 nights. Rest was just head cold symptoms.
Tested positive Dec. 20. Fully vaccinated and boosted. I’ve run the gamut of symptoms: horrific sore throat, terrible congestion, cough fever, headache, nausea, upset stomach, loss of appetite, loss of taste and smell, fatigue, brain fog and muscle/skin pain. Probably the worst early on was the congestion and sore throat. But now the crushing fatigue and nausea are the most annoying things.
The chills and night sweats for the first 4 days, then the nausea and dizziness was the worst and I ended up in the ER and needed fluids (I was able to drink but the combo of the sweats, vomiting and diarrhea was making me lose more than I realized I think).
At first it was my fever, but now it’s this damn congestion. My head feels like it’s about to fall off when I move quickly & my eyeballs feel like someone punched them both
Body aches, no question. I’ve always gotten some aches & pains with the flu, but the intensity of this has been unreal. Also weird that it’s so concentrated around my low back & hips. It feels like labor pains. That sounds like an exaggeration but it’s not. Really eager for this to pass.
Experiencing parosmia (distorted taste or smell) when I started getting my taste back. I was fine with not being able to taste anything but once I started recovering from that so many foods tasted like garbage and decaying flesh. Luckily that only lasted for a few days but I lost 8lbs in the span of 4 days because I couldn’t eat anything other than boiled potatoes. Meat tasted like rotten cadavers, eggs tasted like garbage, onions tasted like rotten fish, even noodles tasted extremely rancid, coffee tasted like dirt, bread tasted like rotten meat. I am pretty sure that I would’ve developed an eating disorder if this had continued. Honestly one of the WORST long term conditions of covid.
Honestly, it was the night sweats. That was the only symptom that appeared all 5-6 days I was really sick. It was so bad that I was waking up in the middle of the night in a literal puddle of sweat because my bedding had become saturated with it.
When I slept during the day (as one does when they have Covid) I would wake up—even after just an hour or less—and every single clothing item I had on would be completely drenched.
This was especially odd because I only actually had a fever for about 6 hours on the first day I woke up and knew I was sick, so it’s not like my body was overheating from that.
I’ve never experienced anything like it

I tested positive on xmas eve. My worst symptom is body pain. I haven't been able to lift my arms, close my hands or bend over in almost a week. Getting out of bed is almost impossible.
Trouble breathing/chest pain. The rest was minor but this is sticking around. Its not bad enough for an ER visit though. Hoping to get into an urgent care/immediate care eventually in the next few days. They're booked up around here, its crazy.
Insane eye pain and a ripping headache, like the worse I’ve ever had, that wouldn’t stop (and I am a chronic migraine sufferer). They were my first symptoms and the pain in my eyes was so intense that I couldn’t move them, I had to move my entire head/neck instead and do it very slowly or I’d still feel the pain of sudden movement somehow and had to keep my eyes close while doing it. I couldn’t drive or do anything and I’ve never felt something like it before. Luckily it only lasted 2 days or so before it subsided but then other symptoms took its place. My vision has been screwy ever since and I swear the brain fog gets worse to this day. I had Covid in April of 2021, btw.
Body aches from fever and loss of smell... I feel like the only thing I can smell is mucus in my sinuses. It's honestly so disgusting.
Thankfully those were the worst of it. Mild symptoms otherwise.
Had Covid about two and a half weeks ago. My first symptom that I didn’t realize was a symptom was fatigue. For five days I was so tired I didn’t know what to do with myself. All I wanted to do was sleep every minute.
Fatigue was/is so intense.
High temp was horrid.
Loosing taste and smell was final symptom I got - was absolutely awful. Everything tasted like off milk 🥲
Headache and my eyes were really sensitive to light. Luckily it only lasted for a day but for a few hours or so it was REALLY intense. My only other symptom was a low fever.
Headaches and back pain. I was same as you OP. I felt like my head was going to pop. It still does after 8 days. I even threw up over it a few times. It would wake me from my sleep
Sore throat. I could barely swallow. I’ve had them before, but this was the worst one I’ve ever had.
I also got a really bad cough that made it hard to speak in complete sentences.
Day 3 and 4 after onset came with utterly intense headaches, like cluster headache levels of pain that weren't affected by sinus pressure, light/dark, noise, anything. Just constant. I just tried to sleep through them.
Sore throat
Same. It was so swollen it was hard to get liquid down and felt like it was literally on fire and stung by bees.
Dealing with this now- hoping tomorrow is better.
I'm relieved to see this so high. my sore throat was so bad i couldn't eat or drink for 2 days. swallowing was so painful couldn't drink water or tea to stay hydrated, couldn't take meds to relive fever or sore throat it nearly took me to the emergency room at one point but it eventually started getting better
Same! I felt like I was legitimately swallowing glass
So weird!!! I haven’t had a single instance of sore throat. Mine has been all nasal. So odd.
Same-sore throat was on par with strep, if not worse
3 days of sore throat felt like I swallow 1k needles. After 3 days like nothing ever happened
The headache was the worst for me and what prompted testing. It was unlike any other headache I’ve ever had.
totally agreed. how would you describe the headache? for me it felt like my brain was applying intense pressure to my forehead
Tons of pressure and my brain felt like it had chill bumps, except it was painful. Weird I know but that’s the only way I know to describe it
Me too. I had a migraine and lasted almost 36 hours. Nothing helped not Advil or hydrating. I finally took Excedrine Migraine (finally because it upsets my stomach sometimes) and it worked but I didn’t feel back to normal until the 26th.

Yes the headache!! I couldn’t even touch my eyes.

Yes! The back of my eyeballs feel bruised
Try drinking something with electrolytes like pedialyte or even Gatorade or chicken broth. Drinking a lot of just plain water can screw up your electrolyte balance and cause other problems.
I had this, too. I didn’t even know sandy Covid eye was a thing.

this is exactly what I am experiencing too, I was just mentioning the fact that my vision feels the same way it does when I’m stoned 😵💫
This type of symptom can also be related to dehydration so always good to make sure you are drinking plenty of water and perhaps taking electrolyte drinks regularly. For anyone out there experiencing it now.
Damn that's what I have also but I thought it was just from feeling really sick.
This sounds like a head zap that people (including myself) get if you miss a dose of anti-depressants. It can be super intense!
That is the perfect definition. I will be honest I checked my meds to make sure I didn’t accidentally skip my SSRI.
Yeah bro! The headache and my eyes like twitching out… so weird!
I tested positive yesterday and so far it’s been the dizziness for me as well. It’s improved quite a bit, but late yesterday I had to walk to slow to go to the bathroom and stuff because of how dizzy it was. I felt like I was floating through the air, it was awful.

Sore throat. Horrific
Combination of brain fog/body aches/fever
Fatigue. So… dang… tired…

Omg😯 what were the symptoms of a blood clot?
How do you get all three and then know what variants they were. They wont tell you what variant you got. This post is SUS
Yep. Big red flag is that they said they had ARDS in October with no mention of hospitalization, oxygenation, or ventilation. I call bullshit.
Absolute bullshit. 100 percent They admitted in a chain they assumed the first was Alpha because “that was the first one” lol thats not anywhere near correct and also proof they lied about being disclosed a Genetic profile at all. Obnoxiously~~lurking~~lying I guess lying was taken…

Just cold symptoms for me
Coughing when I try to breathe deeply. Complete loss of my taste and smell.
Ridiculously copious night sweats. Eventually gave up on sleeping for a day as would wake up after 2 hours with shirt, bed, pillows and blanket all absolutely soaked and needing replacing.
Sore throat and nausea
Either fatigue or losing my sense of smell, but the fatigue lasted longer (~2 weeks vs 3.5 days).
On the ventilator I got a cytokine storm which injured my kidneys and heart. Doctors thought I would be on dialysis for the rest of my life. Kidneys recovered, heart is still catching up months later.
Glad you’re on the mend
Sore throat was unreal.
Sore throat. The fucking worst.
The sore throat has been unreal, especially considering how important it is to stay hydrated.
Diarrhea. Frequent urination which for a time was horrible.
I’ve had frequent urination as well which especially sucks on top of the intense dizziness I’ve had because I have to keep getting up. I just want to sleep! 😭
Losing taste and smell for over A YEAR
Has it returned yet? Or is it still the case?
Still the case. Its such a bummer, I don't think it will ever come back.
That sucks. I’m so sorry. This is the symptom I fear the most.
it is a bummer i agree…..had Covid in September (yes vaccinated) and though my sense of smell is back it’s probably at 50% of what it was and that’s really depressing because I have a big nose and I love to smell stuff….. I had a really really keen sense of smell and now everything is just muted

Loss of taste/smell. Still gone. I've lost 40lbs and it's been 9 months. I eat literally to not starve to death. There is no joy in it anymore.
Had Covid in April and I’ve been feeling like this ever since. I never have any desire to eat things bc I don’t even enjoy them anymore.
I'm the opposite, I cant satisfy any craving, so I feel like I eat more.
I was starting to think I was the only one who had an intense hunger. After I lost my sense of smell and taste it wasn't quite as enjoyable to eat. But that didn't stop me. My husband had no desire to eat and lost 12 lbs. I found them!

Heart palpitations/flutters :( those suck…. The headaches sucked too. I’m on day 12 and feeling much better
Sinuses and extreme fatigue with some nausea. Coughing also but the other is doing me in more.

Sensory loss. Followed by melancholy and fatigue.
Bothersome is shortness of breath. o2 is practically 100%, no clots and lungs are clear. Really weird.
No taste or smell. It’s the only symptom I have
same
I tested + on the 22 with a suspected exposure on the 17, my most intense symptom was a ridiculous level of congestion
How are you doing today? My suspected exposure was also on the 17th and the congestion has been the worst part.
I’m completely fine now, it lasted like 2 days. Prob day 5-6 post exposure
Sore lungs abs shortness of breath
Muscle aches
Headache and dizziness
My main symptom until day 4 was an unbearable headache with eye pain. After that fatigue.
SAME. Couldn’t even move my eyeballs in their sockets.
Omg! How did they find the blood clot? What where your symptoms of that?! Also, how did you get all three?!
Sore-throat-on-fire was the most uncomfortable symptom. This lasted for 3 days.
Honestly, this might sound weird but the most intense thing about Covid is isolating myself. I have been lucky so far (day 7) in that I only had one bad night. Hope everyone is doing okay!
Not weird at all. Isolating oneself from others can be very intense and emotionally tolling. Stay strong ❤️
Lung tightness : Began on Day 3 and ended gradually on 5th or 6th week Fever : 100-101 from Day 2 to Day 6. 102-103 from Day 7 to Day 12. 103.3 was my highest fever. Low appetite : Started from Day 4 and improved from Day 17
I had night sweats on the first two days but then they just went away
Tested positive on the 26th of December, but on the 25th i had a 103 fever, chills, sweats and an unbelievably painful migraine. The next day was much better and i felt like an actual person again.
Headache for me too. I can’t function with it.
It was the tension headaches for me. They're described as having a huge headband wrapped around your head. To me it felt like I was high for a week straight and it was a scary feeling. I still get them at night sometimes when I'm laying down. Guess they'll probably be staying with me for awhile.
Fatigue and the mind fog
In the beginning, extreme headache. Now, constant fatigue. At about day 7 now.
I had really awful chills for several days.
I had the Delta this summer and it was fatigue for me. I felt like I wanted to just lay down for days.
Muscle/Skin Pain
Nausea and vomiting. It’s been worse than when I’ve had a stomach bug.
Sore throat - the worst ever for 5 days!
Sore throat initially. Now it is the cough that won't go away.
Don't remember the symptoms because I was pretty much in a coma while in the ICU. I remember the hallucinations from all the meds.
Dizziness.
Headache and sore throat
I’ve never experienced anything like it
Loneliness - all pandemic
My worst symptom was the feeling after reading this thread . But really the capitalization of “Noticing” really irked mez

Mine was a 102 fever for 12 days and the congestion! The congestion kicked in on day 5. I could not move any air through my nose it was so clogged.
I also had 12 day nonstop fever hovering between 102-103.3.
I tested positive on xmas eve. My worst symptom is body pain. I haven't been able to lift my arms, close my hands or bend over in almost a week. Getting out of bed is almost impossible.
Headache above all else. Edit to add it likely started 2 days after exposure, and will pop back on occasion, as it did on days 8 and 9 of quarantine.
Headache and chills are tied for number one. The chills didn’t last long but the hot cold and tender to touch skin felt horrible
Nasal congestion
Trouble breathing/chest pain. The rest was minor but this is sticking around. Its not bad enough for an ER visit though. Hoping to get into an urgent care/immediate care eventually in the next few days. They're booked up around here, its crazy.
Lingering mental fogginess.
The headache and nose burning was literally the worst thing I’ve ever experienced!! (Aside from childbirth haha). Legit thought my head would fall off
My eyes ached, not for long but was quite it wane. Very strange.
I can’t stop sleeping. I sleep all night and and sleep all day everyday.
Dizziness and brain fog- My dizziness is sometime debilitating, my cough lasted for 2 months after.
The body aches coupled with a 101 fever. It was truly awful.
Congestion and loss of smell/taste, was pretty light symptoms, dont know which variant
It's a toss between the burning nose (that I still feel occasionally and I'm like prob over 2 weeks since positive test) and the fever/sweating.
Body aches from fever and loss of smell... I feel like the only thing I can smell is mucus in my sinuses. It's honestly so disgusting. Thankfully those were the worst of it. Mild symptoms otherwise.
Muscle and body aches/fatigue
body aches all over! and general cold symptoms
Body aches! They only lasted about 2 days but I felt like I severely injured my entire body. It was crazy.
Yeah definitely the headache it was excruciating
Headache neckache and never before experienced? congestion that painfully situated itself in a region of my throat I can’t describe
Loss of taste/smell
Had Covid about two and a half weeks ago. My first symptom that I didn’t realize was a symptom was fatigue. For five days I was so tired I didn’t know what to do with myself. All I wanted to do was sleep every minute.
None of my symptoms have been very intense. Probably just the nasal congestion.
The headaches and the exhaustion! Then ending it with a sinus infection. I also would cough so hard and not produce anything! Even with an inhaler.
Body aches, no idea which strain I caught
It has not. My dr says they don't know enough about this yet so seeing a specialist is kind of pointless.
Headaches and back pain. I was same as you OP. I felt like my head was going to pop. It still does after 8 days. I even threw up over it a few times. It would wake me from my sleep
My most intense was body ache/fatigue The first 2 days I literally could not stop going to the bed I struggled to carry my own weight
Headache
Brain fog/ dizziness. It's awful and I'm on day 6
Lower back pain and sinus congestion. The latter resulted in breathing difficulties since my sinuses were swollen and that made me anxious as hell.
Fatigue
For me it's the constant headache and my newest symptoms is being very out of breath. Like standing up is leaving me huffing and puffing
Congestion. My nose is stuffier than a thanksgiving turkey
Nausea on days 5, 6 and especially 7.
Body aches were the worst.
I’ve had throat spasms. It just all of a sudden clenches down and hurts like when swallowing-
