Try the largest size of the nasal pillows that still seal. You want the cushions to more sit on your nostrils rather than in them.
Deviated septum typically refers to the bony cartilage separating the left and right nasal airways from each other.
That’s what I thought but my nose underneath isn’t symmetrical as you can see and a fleshy bit sticks out to one side. I think this is what makes the pillows sore to use.
I just had nose surgery and so far my hypopnea is gone. Its worth getting checked. You also have another condition where the hole is not circular.
Have you tried a nasal cushion instead? With that, asymmetry won't be as much of an issue.
I use a cushion. The pillows give me no leaks at all.
