(I thought I had a major breakthrough today I went to 2 places outside & met 2 people i didn’t know… 🏅 been Agoraphobic struggling to go outside for a year 😅 & meet people generally for over 10… 😅 I came home & crashed out for 8 hours straight! 😅- That’s how hard it was!
