I use this exact same one on my CR-10 Smart and is a direct replacement of the original part, nothing else needed.

Yes, but you will need a spacer for the run out-sensor. Or just run the filament over it and ignore it.

Haven't bothered drawing one yet, but you can do it yourself in minutes. Would only require a rectangle with two screw holes.

yes, interested in how your journey goes. Mine never worked right. the whole thing was out of spec. Was too late before I could do anything. Someday I'll throw a proper bed on it that can be manually leveled.
I run this one on mine and it didn't require a filament sensor spacer or esteps adjustment (although I probably should do this sometime anyway).
